This place used to be awesome; however, the last three or four times my family and I have been here have been mediocre.This morning/near noon, we went and I got a club and they forgot the bacon. That is fine, but they asked if they could bring it out on a plate instead of just adding it to the club? They said they have a new chef. Prior to this, there have been many issues so I don't think I will be back, even if someone paid for me. $14 for a club... eh.Two stars because the mashed potatoes were pretty darn good.

I had a blueberry waffle with strawberries n bananas and hot maple syrup and an order of onion rings. Honey had the meat lovers plate. Everything was great. Fluffy eggs n waffle. Creamy smooth grits for all you connesuieurs. Fresh fruits. Onion rings were big n crunchy. Coffee was a medium blend, sweet tea was definitely worth a mention. Delicious. Our first trip will not be our last. Apparently theres a time limit to get some spring carrot cake pancakes or waffles, so head over soon. You wont be disappointed. Staff was friendly and neatly dressed.

Very good food. I had the chicken pot pie and it was homemade from what I was told and I had the carrot cake bread pudding. I have never had bread pudding before and it was delicious! I could have eaten a whole pan of that stuff!

Me and my husband just had a wonderful experience at this diner. Our waitress Tara was so sweet and bubbly ? and the food was delicious. She kept us informed and checked on us often. I will definitely eat here again.
My husband and daughter… 12 year old… preteen.. just ate at the Metro. My preteen texted me to add a review for Skylar. She said Skylar was so sweet and was quick to get anything they needed. If my preteen daughter is saying something nice… then Skylar must be absolutely AMAZING!!!!! WOW! This mom is impressed!!! Thank you Skylar!
