SuperDuperShoutOut Goes to Maribel and Staff at Mi Rancho. Maribel took wonderful care of us. We will definitely return to Mi Rancho. I highly recommend Mi Rancho if you have not experienced Mi Rancho already.

We've dined at Mi Rancho several times before today, but this is my first review. We were brought yummy chips and salsa immediately, and our iced teas arrived shortly after.
I had the chicken fajitas and they were very good. I've had them before, and they are my favorite. Note in my pic that what looks like a blur above the plate was actually steam as it was still sizzling! I also recommend their chimichangas. My wonderful wife had the beef burrito supreme and said it was delicious.
Our server, Greicis, was friendly and service was quick, which was appreciated because we were both hungry!

The food was great. The drinks were awesome and the service was fantastic.
Cold food, no alcohol in cocktails, long wait and barely anyone there. 3% extra charge if you use a credit card. Never got checked on by our waiter, everyone there has the attitude that they're bothered to even be at work. Very uncomfortable environment. I would absolutely never come here again. Complete waste of time and money.

Wow definitely don't see where a lot of the good reviews come from, I wish I would have listened to the more recent bad reviews I seen. $12 for a margarita and absolutely zero alcohol or even flavor in it, tasted like water honestly. Cheese dip was cold and like water as well, they definitely use milk or something to water it down since normally cheese thickens when it's not warm anymore. Tamale was microwaved for sure. Quesadilla wasn't cooked just a soggy mess. Waiter never came to check on us and barely even understood us enough to take the order. So after sitting there so long we just wanted to leave and went up front to ask for our check. I seen another table had to do the same. I can tell why no one was really in here at prime lunch time. Wish I had my money back since no one even ate with how awful it was.

I am only leaving one star because if I could I would make it a negative -1 star. I went to this restaurant and ate with my nephew. I paid for my meal with a credit card. I was charged double on my card. I found it on my check register and called the restaurant. I was told I could come in and everything would be worked out. I went into the restaurant and it was a complete fiasco. The manager in duty would not listen to me, would not work with me and was rude on top of that. I will never darken the door of this restaurant ever again. If you decide to go this restaurant guard your cards carefully. My total experience was horrible.
Didbt even get to try the food, asked our server if the dip we wanted was spicy and she hardly understood english, my friend is allergic and she said no, when my friend went to take 1 bite she had a bad reaction instantly. They werent even sorry for the confusion and we still ended up paying the whole bill.

I made an online order at this location by mistake I noticed that the wrong location was selected when I had hit the payment button. I called the store to cancel the order as it would be a 35 minute drive to this location from my home one way. They hung up on me after I cancelled the order. I called back to get the money refunded back to my card. The woman who answered the phone told me to call back in an hour when the manager would be there. He called me back five minutes later and told me that there was nothing wrong with the order and they would not be refunding me my money. I was told rudely by the manager that this was my problem and that the money was in his account and he would not be returning my money. This will be my last order from any of the Mi Rancho location. Once I drove all the way to Aiken and back to my home the food was cold and no one wanted to eat it.Reply to Owner: We are done with all of the Mi Rancho locations. We used to visit your other locations several times a month and spend over 100 dollars a visit as we have a large family. That will no longer happen. I will take my money to another establishment that is respectful to their customers and has an appropriate refund policy. Your manager was disrespectful and refused to refund our money after I cancelled our order a few seconds after it went thru and I realized I had entered it in at the wrong location. That is unacceptable. He told me "This is your problem. There is no problem with the order"The food went to waste as it was cold. I wasted 103 dollars at your establishment, fuel to drive to the South Aiken Location and back to my Home in North Augusta.
