As frequent visitors to Moe's, I wanted to give them a shout out for always providing consistent service & good food. I can't recall ever having a bad meal there. The staff greets you as you enter and the menu is simple yet versatile too. When you're craving tacos but need a quick experience than sitting down at a local Mexican restaurant, go to Moe's! The Stacker is my fave!

Ordered a fajita kit through uber eats and there was no tortillas at all what so ever. When I called, instead of fixing it they wanted to inconvenience the customer even more by asking me to get in my car and come get them.

I ordered Moe's through an online delivery service and they made the smallest, most pathetic burrito I've ever seen. It was missing most of the ingredients I ordered and had so little inside that it was mostly just rolled up tortilla. What a joke. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered delivery for 2 nacho bowls I put the option for queso inside item and a side of queso which came with chips. But there was no queso inside both of the nachos and the side queso was only a quarter of the way full I ended up pouring the cups inside of the nachos this was the first time that ever happened to me. Never ordering here again if you want good nachos diablos on Richland avenue would be the best bet.

Matt is truly the best of the best and one of the reasons why I continue to order from Moe’s, I telework and cannot leave my house for a lunch break and I’m constantly ordering from here and calling every time probably driving Matt crazy calling asking for a side of hard rock and roll sauce with my order burritos to me are not the same without it. He deserves all the career growth in Moe’s and should definitely be promoted to a regional manager or get a raise for being so kind and patient with customers and making their day.

I recently had my first experience at Moe's after a disappointing attempt at a sandwich shop across the street, where cross-contamination issues made it a no-go for someone with celiac disease like myself. In contrast, Moe's was a breath of fresh air.
Their website clearly lists gluten-free options, making it super easy to order, even from across the street on my phone. By the time I walked over, my order was ready thanks to a very welcoming staff member.
I got the earmuff bowl, which was not only affordable at under $9 but also substantial enough to satisfy someone of my size (6'5", 265 lbs). The food was delicious, and the complementary chips and salsa were a nice touch.
Given the quality, value, and gluten-free awareness, Moe's might just become my go-to for quick, safe, and tasty meals.

Quality has definitely declined recently, unsure if it's related to the rebranding or not. Bowls seem to be very scarce on meat, and I had one that seemed to be missing it altogether. Chips are often stale.
