We recently used Moe’s to cater our company holiday party, and they went above and beyond in every possible way. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our party had about 30 people, and we ordered the fajita bar—the food was fresh, delicious, and a huge hit with everyone.
A special shoutout to the store manager, Matt, who truly made the experience outstanding. He took the time to personally look up each dish and clearly explain which items contained allergens so one of our team members could enjoy the meal safely. That level of care and attention is rare and so greatly appreciated. They even let us borrow a warming bag to transport the food—such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made our setup so much easier.
I genuinely can’t say enough great things about the Moe’s in Aiken SC. If you’re planning an event or party, this is exactly the kind of business you want to work with—professional, accommodating, and committed to exceptional customer service. We will absolutely be using them again!

This place was disgusting when I walked in. Every open table around noon on a Monday was filthy and full of trash. I had to clean the table myself. When I told them I had a small group coming they didn't even think to help me clean and it wasn't even a line of customers, just done in guests.

How refreshing! I just left Moe's in Aiken and they were really busy, but everybody's attitude was so upbeat and refreshing that I didn't care to stand in line and wait. From the manager down to the cashier everybody in there was doing a great job. When I got to the register, I was told that the people before me had already paid for my meal. Cashier said it had been going on for quite a while so I paid it forward and paid for the people behind me. Thank you Moe's for a great experience!

Me and my friends ordered the -6.99 bowl or burrito special- and my app on my phone specifically had a price tag of 7.99. We literally had all 3 phones up at the same time and my phone was the only one that said 7.99 . I literally thought I was seeing shit. Like why am I paying an extra dollar and why is my ad the exact same layout and position but different price ? I can’t make this up. Your app is faulty , higher ups fix it.

I went to the Moes in Aiken and I was not pleased with the food or service. I ordered a Moes Protein Bowl with Steak, They told me that that was a homewrecker bowl and I explained to them that the Moes Protein Bowl came with 2X the protein, I was then told I would have to pay extra for the extra protein. Definitely displeased with this location. The rice tasted a couple days old and the size for what I paid was displeasing, the food was even cold. I have never encountered this problem at a different location. They need to get familiar with the menu and not try and tell the customer that they don’t have the meal I ordered and then try and charge me double for the protein when clearly their websites states comes with double the protein.

I have eaten here multiple times before, and the service and food has always been great. However, my most recent visit today, the employee at the food counter had an attitude so unwelcoming that we left before ordering. We would be open to trying it again, as long as that employee is not preparing food.

The staff was really outgoing and you could tell they genuinely can are about your experience. My wife and I got the burrito value meals which were a great value and still more than enough for one person.
As frequent visitors to Moe's, I wanted to give them a shout out for always providing consistent service & good food. I can't recall ever having a bad meal there. The staff greets you as you enter and the menu is simple yet versatile too. When you're craving tacos but need a quick experience than sitting down at a local Mexican restaurant, go to Moe's! The Stacker is my fave!

Ordered a fajita kit through uber eats and there was no tortillas at all what so ever. When I called, instead of fixing it they wanted to inconvenience the customer even more by asking me to get in my car and come get them.

I ordered Moe's through an online delivery service and they made the smallest, most pathetic burrito I've ever seen. It was missing most of the ingredients I ordered and had so little inside that it was mostly just rolled up tortilla. What a joke. Never ordering from here again.
