Out of all the years I've lived in Aiken I've never had such a experience that I had tonight. Went into this establishment to order a pizza and when I got home I realized my mistake that I ordered the wrong pizza. However the pizza was not edible and didn't have any cheese on 3 slices. Called to try and rectify the situation and was speaking with the manager who in turn had a snark attitude and didn't offer any solutions to fix the situaton. Decided to go back down to the establishment in person to request a refund. Was told by the manager that I wouldn't get a refund and that I needed to learn how to talk to people. After telling him that this pizza is not edible and dont speak to me in that manner the manager then proceeds to start the refunding process. While doing so he kept making smart remarks towards me and which I asked him why he kept trying to engage in confrontation when I just want my refund. Needless to say that I have been to the southside on numerous occassions and I've never had this type of hostile interaction with any of the workers there. I see why this location has a 3.6 rating and with a manager like that it will continue to go down. We are in a era where jobs are uncertain as well as this economy and customer service will always keep the customer coming back. Anyone that visits this location you've been warned. Check your pizza before you leave!

Bosses who cannot pay their workers properly should not run a business. Customers should not be responsible for tipping to ensure workers earn a living; it is the employer's duty to provide fair wages. Customers are already paying for the food.

Ordered for delivery Online . Had address for Truck Stop with hand to me in comments. Driver called said he could not come to Semi Area per Adam his Boss . Left a huge tip but had to walk to front of building to get and as a disabled Combat Veteran I suffer to walk . Called store to address and Adam was EXTREMELY Rude !!! After opening pizza box ALL toppings were slid to open side and pizza was BURNT!!! Ended up throwing in trash and ordered from Pizza Hut with Door Dash.

Manager was very rude when I called to complain about my pizza is being mismade I offered to show pictures and she replies with. Oh I’m the one who made all the pizzas today. What’s your name with an attitude and when I tried to tell her the other issues in my order she was very rude and disrespectful And she will not give me the information to get in touch with her higher ups

On Dec 7th between 9:40 and 9:50pm I went into the store to pick up my order (the app said it was ready). There’s a guy in a red shirt to the left making food and one guy in a green shirt aimlessly roaming around the back of the kitchen; at one point the latter strolled halfway to the counter then turned back. I stood there for at least three minutes (Please check the camera footage) and no one, no one, said anything: hello, be with you in a min, some one’s coming now, absolutely nothing. I saw my order on the rack, so I stepped around the counter and got my order. Red shirt nuts up screaming “get back, get back”; needless to say I told him what I thought and asked why can’t no one say hello? And no, I did not say it nicely. Then some little bearded guy comes out the office screaming “get out, get out”; and again, I told him not nicely what he could do to himself. Customer service is everything today because there are many choices for pizza. A simple hi or hello, and none of this would have transpired. I do not want a pizza, I don’t care about the outcome, as I will never eat at any Papa John’s again.
