Ordered for delivery Online . Had address for Truck Stop with hand to me in comments. Driver called said he could not come to Semi Area per Adam his Boss . Left a huge tip but had to walk to front of building to get and as a disabled Combat Veteran I suffer to walk . Called store to address and Adam was EXTREMELY Rude !!! After opening pizza box ALL toppings were slid to open side and pizza was BURNT!!! Ended up throwing in trash and ordered from Pizza Hut with Door Dash.

Manager was very rude when I called to complain about my pizza is being mismade I offered to show pictures and she replies with. Oh I’m the one who made all the pizzas today. What’s your name with an attitude and when I tried to tell her the other issues in my order she was very rude and disrespectful And she will not give me the information to get in touch with her higher ups

On Dec 7th between 9:40 and 9:50pm I went into the store to pick up my order (the app said it was ready). There’s a guy in a red shirt to the left making food and one guy in a green shirt aimlessly roaming around the back of the kitchen; at one point the latter strolled halfway to the counter then turned back. I stood there for at least three minutes (Please check the camera footage) and no one, no one, said anything: hello, be with you in a min, some one’s coming now, absolutely nothing. I saw my order on the rack, so I stepped around the counter and got my order. Red shirt nuts up screaming “get back, get back”; needless to say I told him what I thought and asked why can’t no one say hello? And no, I did not say it nicely. Then some little bearded guy comes out the office screaming “get out, get out”; and again, I told him not nicely what he could do to himself. Customer service is everything today because there are many choices for pizza. A simple hi or hello, and none of this would have transpired. I do not want a pizza, I don’t care about the outcome, as I will never eat at any Papa John’s again.

i placed a delivery order tonight 10/24/2024 at approximately 8:30 PM. The estimated delivery time was approximately 9:40. When the driver left the store it notified me & the GPS showed in the neighborhood and then delivered at approximately 9:27p.m. We clicked the option “no contact delivery”. When we go out side, the order is not on our porch, but the app says delivered. I call papa johns, some guy answered. I politely asked if there was any way we could have the drivers number so we could give him a call because he may have placed the pizza at the wrong house, then the employee rudely responds “that’s doordash. you need to call them if you want to talk to someone” so i reply “we did not order through doordash” he says “well we hire them because we’re short on drivers and i don’t have time to figure your situation out, if you want your food you need to contact doordash”. We go back and forth because, I myself did not order through doordash so I did not find it necessary for me to have to jump through hoops when it’s his JOB to figure out where my food went or offer a refund or any other option. We paid over $30.00 for this food. The guy then hangs up in my face & will not pick up the phone anymore. Rude, terrible service. He does not deserve employment. We can’t even request a refund because he will not pick up the phone. So, time wasted, & $30+ wasted. Will NEVER order from this location again. Everything about this place is unprofessional.

While waiting to pick up a door dash my bf and I saw one of the workers wipe his nose with his hand and then proceeded to put his hand in the cheese! WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! Another employee (driver) came in from a delivery and went and grabbed cheese and ate it! I told the manager on duty and all he did was shake his head and say ok! He didn’t make the employee wash his hands he just let him continue to make pizza!!

Atmosphere is a one just because it’s a carry out location so that part never really matters. The service is five stars always ready when it says it is and the delivery time is always fine too. On busy weekends though avoid delivery and just do carry out cause it will take awhile to be delivered to you.
Food is like any other Papa Johns. The pizza is solid and so are the side dishes. In my opinion they don’t really have the best like brownies and stuff but I mean it’s a pizza place I don’t expect them to have that.
All in all your standard Papa Johns.
