My pizza still had raw dough around the crust. You can tell they just threw it together. I love Papa Johns just make sure you cook it all the way next time.

I'm staying at a hotel in Aiken SC for a few days, and wanted pizza, so Papa Johns was within walking distance. I ordered at the counter for carry out; nice ambiance. The polite young lady greeted me, and took my order for a pepperoni, onions, mushroom pizza. It came with the garlic butter and small green pepperoncinis that we've all come to expect. Got my order in a timely fashion, and walked back to my hotel room. Hungry (like I needed a Snickers bar), I opened up my pizza box, looking forward to my first slice. Pizza was overcooked, and way too greasy. Pepperonis were crunchy, but the main problem was the cheese, onions and pepperoni kept sliding off the actual slice because of all the grease on it. I ended up scooping my toppings with my fingers, eating them like a Middle Eastern meal with my "bread". Dipping the crust in the garlic butter made the meal a little more palatable. Very disappointed! Pizza is supposed to be an enjoyable meal experience; not this time. Sorry Shaq, going to have to give Papa Johns a thumbs down. Much like his free throw shooting during his NBA playing days, it's hit or miss if you order from this store.

Ordered online and was quoted at 35 to 45 minutes for delivery. Pizza didnt even leave the store for 50 minutes. When the food arrived over an hour later it was cold. The twix bites were horrible and the 2 liter we purchased was half warm. Definitely very disappointed!!!!
Ordered delivery and the pizza and wings arrived super fast, hot and were just like we ordered and delicious.Vegetarian options: All the vegetables are available

Good pizza! Have had Pappa John's in a long time. Also while I was in to pick up my order, I was asked if tht homeless man was still out there across the way of the parking lot. I said yeah he was just out there as I was pulling in.. and the worker said.. ok, thank you.. I'm going to go make him a pizza now.?. Tht was one of the sweetest things.. to see this man to see this man care Abt and for a homeless man. Thts rare these days..so thank you sir who ever u we're (didn't catch his name) keep up the good work. We r all in this together.

Ordered Spicy Italian which was supposed to have pepperoni and double spicy Italian sausage...no pepperoni and very little sausage. Also ordered Hawaiian BBQ Chicken which was supposed to have pineapple...no pineapple. Didn't discover this until I got home with pizzas..a 20 min. drive. Won't be going back!Parking: Excellent parking
