Now that the weather is hot, we are always in the mood for shaved ice. Pelicans does a great job! I love the variety of flavors and toppings that they offer, and their prices are great! They have a drive-thru for convenience, and a walk-up window as well. If you haven't tried shaved ice before, you should definitely check them out!

They have good snow cones, but they are way over prised. $5 for a large cup of shaved ice with some flavor is ridiculous. I came from Arizona, and they used the same snow cone machine and flavers there, but their products are half the cost.You guys would sell a lot more and make up the difference in revenue and actually probably make more revenue if you lowered your price to make it more affordable for the average person. The snowcone place I would get them from in Arizona was always busy because their prices were affordable and more realistic.

Being from MD snowballs are a summer must have. They even mention MD on their menu with the egg custard. Only thing I would change is the marshmallow. Need to be real marshmallow melted and gooey

Showed up at 12, window was open, nobody appeared for 10+ minutes to start orders. Then they prioritized the drive thru, even tho people had been standing outside for 10 minutes and the drive thru cars had just pulled up. Had to wait for both drive thru cars before my order was done. And the customer service was quite poor, need to train their workers a lot better.
