My order was burnt and dried out the male worker who worked tonight on 9/30/25 after 8 pm was very sassy about how my pizza was only burnt in certain spots the cini sticks were stuck to the box they came in couldn’t even rip em off to eat I live mins away i come here all the time I won’t be returning

We irdered 3 Flatzz i ordered one with extra cheese. The crust was sooooooooo hard u couldnt even eat the crust which is most of each slice. Its a perseonal pizza strecthed to thin and cooked way too long.. worker didnt really know what to do she offered anager and i hung up after waiting for ??? How long!

Every time I order a 2 litter they send a 20 oz I even send a message telling them not to forget well they told me door dash would not deliver one 2 litter soda and give me a credit no bring me my soda im done with pizza hut and delivery I thought they had there own staff for delivery oh well hot pizza and a 20 oz for 3 people ✌🏽👎🏽
I had to take a pizza back… Tasha and Jahroy were the most polite… the person in the back was more rude than ever. He was cursing and talking down on Tasha and Jahroy. It was awful and they should not have to work under someone like that. Pizza Hut needs to get their ducks in a row.

Second time in a couple weeks that we had a bad experience. One large pizza not cooked all the way and threw it all in the trash...the other time our 2 pizzas were extremely dry.
