I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. I hear several workers talking loudly from the window. Customers came inside and not one of the workers came to me at the window yet. I mentioned it to the guy working and he nicely ignored what I said and asked for the name on the order in a rude way. I asked to speak with someone else. She was helpful. But I asked for more marina sauce and also bbq sauce because there was barely anything on either of the 3 pizzas I got and she tried to charge me .93 . I informed her I shouldn’t have to pay anything especially when my pizzas look dry with no sauce. Whoever was running shift today needs to let someone else handle the job. I am not a happy customer and I come here very frequently!

Waited for 50 minutes past my pickup time only to find out that my order was ready and sitting in the warmer. No management to be found here.... Last time I'll order anything from this place. But hey, the pizza was good.

Tonight I had a situation where I had to get food for a big party and fast while I was working. I called and ASHLEY was amazing very helpful and courteous. She helped me get a huge order together fast and with efficiency. Ashley had knowledge of the menu and helped me get the best deal and made sure my event was going to not be hungry. Way to go Ashley pizza hut is lucky to have you.

Flat canceled our order bc we were using cash and door dash would deliver. Door dash doesn't do cash but instead of telling us that we find out an hour and half later when WE had to call. No communication, all excuses from the "two" managers that were there. Door dash doesn't answer or give a care either. Just really bad business set up

Has to be one of the worst pizza huts ,the service is slow,The orders are always wrong,something is always missing ,the quality of the food is poorly prepared ,but the prices are always high ,with poor customer service ,and it needs new management and if you pay your workers competitive wages it might help your business.

Be careful…Ashley’s overcharged me for a the same pizza that was $16 online but I guess when you order at the store they can up the price. Hope she kept the overage as a tip.

I love the pizza, and the workers are nice and friendly, this isn’t their fault, but I HATE the stupid recording that they play when they put you on hold. It’s loud and obnoxious and makes me just want to hang up. I’m already ordering a pizza I don’t need to hear the grating advertising too. Just shut the guy up and play music.
