I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable customer service experience I had at one of your Pizza Hut locations.
When I pulled into the drive-thru, the employee working the window did not acknowledge me at all. Instead, she immediately complained to her friendāwhom she was actively talking to through her AirPodāabout the drive-thru bell ringing when I arrived. From the moment I pulled up, her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, including visible negative facial expressions.
Throughout the entire transaction, she continued her personal phone conversation instead of focusing on the customer in front of her. I attempted to ask for her name twice and was completely ignored both times. She handed me my drink without saying a single word and then handed me my pizza with the same lack of basic courtesy.
As I took the pizza box, she suddenly decided to speakāonly to tell me that I ādidnāt have to snatch the box.ā Given her behavior from the start, I felt the need to take it myself since she had been rude, disengaged, and openly uninterested in doing her job properly.
I have never experienced customer service this disrespectful. As someone who has been a manager for over 25 years, I can confidently say this is not how customersāor people in generalāshould ever be treated. Personal phone calls, ignoring customers, complaining about them within earshot, and displaying hostility should never be tolerated in a customer-facing role.
This employee clearly has a serious attitude problem and appears to hate her job, and unfortunately, that was taken out on me. I expect better from a well-known company like Pizza Hut.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as behavior like this reflects poorly on your brand and drives customers away. They girl had a septum nose ring with hand tattoos on her right hand.

I swear I wish I could give them a zero. Who ever was working tonight 12/10/2025 between 9PM and 11:30PM should not ever be able to make pizza or serve customers ever again at any restaurant.

Just order the large stuff crust pizza and 16 boneless wing deal and it was missing the 16 boneless wings due to fryer been down on Wednesday's BOGO Wingz Day. I really wanted those wingz today hopefully they get they fryer fix soon.

In the past, service was quick and the employees were really friendly. Recently everything has taken a turn for the worst. The food quality has significantly declined and the interactions are minimal to none. There is no need to try to report it. Pizza hut customer service advises you to call the store that just ruined your dinner. No plans of returning.
