Didn't have what was ordered refused to give sauce that was apart of the meal. Had tendered an the breading was falling off the hard glupie meat. Lunch crew is way better.
Went through the drive-thru and got an early lunch. Food was good, service was much quicker than other Popeyes locations I've been to recently, and my dude Xavier was super friendly. I really appreciate great customer service!

I ordered an online order for this location using the app. When I arrived, I went to the drive-thru to receive my order. The lady taking drive-thru orders proceeded to tell me that my order wasn't showing up in the system, so I showed her the receipt that was sent to me in my email, which showed the time and location. I went inside the store, showed the lady the receipt, and she told me they couldn't do anything about it, and she had an attitude. This was bad customer service all around. I left without any food but was charged for the food I ordered, and now I have to wait days just to get my refund back. 1/2025 at 5:52 PM

I stopped eating at this particular Popeyes. The wait time is definitely too long to not get hot & fresh food. Every time I eat here my order is ALWAYS wrong. Staff is rude & non-friendly. Do not recommend.
