We went last minute for a girls night and I called to see if I needed a reservation and Emily answered and was so sweet and accommodating. Our server was Raven and she knew the whole menu plus specials and truly made sure we had everything we needed and wanted while keeping up with other tables. The food is AMAZING!! We had seared tuna, scallops, and the giant shrimp cocktail. We also had steak, salmon and tried a few sides. At the end of the evening the manager (who is the same Emily who answered the phone) brought us a piece of cake to honor our father who just passed❤️The whole staff was nothing short of amazing and the ambience inside was just warm and glowy enough on a cold evening. Thank you all so much and if you’ve actually read this far make plans to eat here soon!!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaraunt was easily accessible from the outside sidewalk. The tables are a *little* close together but could be easily moved beforehand to accommodate. All tables have chairs that move out of the way for room for any mobility aid chair

Phenomenal food and service. Every item was delicious and perfectly cooked. For those who don't know the difference between this restaurant and Outback, keep frequentimg the chain restaurants. Tip your servers 25% or better. Cheapskates!.

We're not particularly snobby when it comes to food. But having moved from FL recently, and having been extremely spoiled by places like Charley's, we're very picky when it comes to steak. Welp -- We're so glad we found Prime. When the meat just melts in your mouth, you know they're doing something right. And even the seafood is the best in town. Even more: service was impeccable. Thanks, Summer.

The food and service was out of this world. If you want a classic steakhouse with high quality consistent beef this is the place to go. The ambiance is straightforward with an upscale vibe without being pretentious. Suzanne the GM went above and beyond to ensure the service for me and the tables around me were top tier. Thank you for making my holiday season special.

Ordered the 40oz for two medium, and it came well done. Management is rude.

Really disappointing that they close so early, we came in from out of state and wanted to go here. Came in just past 8 and were turned away because they close at 9.

My husband’s Birthday. We tried it. I am not really a steak person. I will eat prime rib occasionally. They didn’t serve prime rib here. The steak I got was almost $60. It was so tough I couldn’t eat it. I was very disappointed. I will never eat there again! I feel like it was a waste of $250. I have been to hundreds of different restaurants. I don’t mind paying for good food. This is probably the most overrated and overpriced place I’ve ever been in Aiken or Augusta. If my food was amazing I’d pay any amount. The experience was terrible.

I got the chicken picatta with angel hair. Great flavors. A friend got the tomahawk steak cooked well done and was amazed at how tender it was; even for well done. I would rather have had boneless and or skinless chicken but the flavor was wonderful.
