I cannot even express how aggravated I was at this establishment. Two people staffing the entire place. The service was slow, very slow. It took 14 mins to get tea, 48 mins to get food. The ambiance was nonexistent and when the food arrived, the chicken was cold and the sushi roll was room temp. When trying to explain to the server what was wrong, she suddenly seemed not to understand english. We left unsatisfied, and afraid we were going to get sick from the sushi. We are done here!!

I was very disappointed with our experience after wanting to eat here for so long..1) they no longer serve dessert2) they were out of half of the menu3) most of our food was very bland and extremely over pricedMy sushi was like buffet sushi*The egg roll was not edible it was so bad*My husbands pad Thai smelled/tasted like fish*I’m giving more than one star because the sesame chicken was decent, the chicken potstickers were good (except for the two veggie pieces that were in the mix somehow) and the water didn’t taste like sink water-

I waited at the bar 15 minutes before a server acknowledged me. The restaurant did not have a lot of customers dining in and they were fully staffed but they all were just talking amongst themselves. I ordered food to go and a drink while I waited, the waitress confirmed and walked off 15 minutes later she comes back and asked if I wanted white rice or brown rice? I responded white. She walks off come back 10 minutes later and asked if I still wanted a drink I said yes. She prepares the drink and hands it to me but I immediately notice something white stuck to the glass and let her know that I don’t want this. She holds the glass up and tells me that it’s bubbles but it’s clearly some type of hard substance smeared throughout the inside of the glass. My food comes out she places it next to me and walks off for another 5 minutes. I standing next to hostess area ready for checkout when a white walks in and stands next to me, I make a motion to hand her my card and bill she ignores me and checks out the white guy first. I asked her why is she ignoring me? She looks and smiles but continues to help the other customer. After the guy leaves she smiles like nothing happened. I’m extremely mad at this point but did not want to be rude so I finally paid and left.

For prices of food you need better service and food. Tons of times I’ve tried coming back in hopes of better service and food, my orders are always incorrect and sometimes the waiters/waitress don’t know the menu or items on it and somehow your order comes out all wrong, very bad experiences here. However, I absolutely love all other red bowls I’ve been to.. sadly not this one ever.

Wanted to enjoy this place because recommended by friendMy beer was flat as it was the bottom of the barrel. They still charged me for it.The crazy dragon roll was supposed to have five types of fishes on top. I could distinguish none under the heavy sauce. Each piece tasted the same. The role was not fresh.The waitress was brand new. Knew nothing about Asian food. Sorry for her. She's certainly not going to make her way with tips.Management isn't paying attention. Not sure why people come back to this place. I wouldn't.
Food was okay and our server had a hard time comprehending. But overall I think the experience was OK

We had an early dinner and the place to ourselves. Very soothing music and low level lighting added to the ambiance. I ordered chicken with garlic sauce, extra spicy. It was quite savory with an adequate amount of chicken, broccoli, mushroom, zucchini and onion. My wife had the sesame chicken. She noted that it was all white meat with a pleasing crunch and with a sweet brown sauce. The white rice in both dishes was cooked perfectly. I would give the food 4.5 stars if available.NEW EDITI returned to this restaurant and had a not so pleasant experience. I had a spicy shrimp and chicken combo dish. Two hours later and sorry, but my guts are now liquefied! I write this while riding the toilet, waves of gut wrenching pain terminating in a terrible black flood....I will not return.

Terrible service! Long wait even for water. Had to call the waiter for service. Waiter not helpful. Half an hour before food came. Stir fry chicken was cooked beyond recognition. I would have returned it but didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. NEVER AGAIN!
