I was the delivery driver for an order. I called the number listed as per directed in the app to which I got told that was wrong and to come in. No big deal. But when I told them they may want to reach out to the delivery service to correct it the man at the counter snapped at me about it not being his problem. He then continued his conversation with another employee at the desk at the entrance. When I asked him where to pick up the food he pointed at the bar. I go over to the bar area and wait… food is sitting behind the counter but there is no one there. Meanwhile the two at the front just continue their conversation while I’m obviously trying to get someone to help me grab my order to take to the customer. Finally someone comes around and I tried to explain that I was waiting to get the order and then I got cut off only to be told she only needed a name. All around rude from everyone I encountered. I understand that I was not purchasing food but I was delivering to someone who did. And though I wasn’t a customer today I have been in the past and I won’t be again.

It was a nice surprise they have been Here since about 1998 -1999 . The salad was really good with real bacon, the food and service was excellent.

Our waitress had ear buds in the whole time we were there. A couple that was seated well after us got their food so I had to find to manager to get our food. Then, it was dry, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. This was not a good experience!

Apparently, the app does not have all items from the menu on the app. So I called to make sure those items are available. They were according to the lady I spoke to. So she said she would transfer me to the bar to place my order. No one answered and the automated message hung up. Called back got someone off of ssite.They had the same issue with all items not being available to order online. He transferred me over and I spoke to the same lady and she said she would transfer me back to bar and walk.over there herself to answer the phone. Once again no one answered and the line hung up. After that call I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone.
