We went to the cafeteria to get some lunch and normally there is an older man and an older women working with help in the back and they take FOREVER to move the line. I went there today with a long line awaiting me but Emori and Zoe handled the line and kept it moving with zero issues. They both deserve a promotion with more pay.
The customer service representative I met at the club today addressed all my needs pleasantly and too my complete satisfaction. The representatives name was, Almarosa. Thank you Sam's Club for hiring her.
I had a fantastic experience at Sam’s Club today. I needed some help from customer service on some pricing information and the lady in customer service was so friendly and so very willing to help me and answer all of my questions. When I got up to the self checkout line a young man came over to make sure that I was OK and asked if I needed any help. It was a 5 star experience today and I recommend Sam’s Club to everyone.
