The front server didn't greet us or ask what we wanted, he just stood at the register silently. I had to ask him twice if he was okay before he responded yes, then didn't speak again, not even with our total. The drink machine drip tray was overflowing into the floor and making a mess. The interior was quite cold and the ceiling fans were still going. The door to the men's room was propped open...I did not go to investigate why. The food came out quickly but the...

I've eaten here twice. Both times the food was room temperature (at best) and the restaurant is really dirty. Many of the menu items are not available. I came for dinner about 6pm, seems early to run out of stuff. They could easily do better.

I am not sure if I am spelling the young lady's name correctly, so please forgive me. Mckayla provided a stellar customer service experience. She was nice to my daughter and was up front with how long our wait time would be. Thank you, McKayla, for being intentional about caring for your customer!
