Literally the worst service we’ve ever received. Went to watch a specific game that was already on the TV the bartender made eye contact with us wearing our team merch and changed the channel to a game that was already on multiple other TVs. When we asked our waiter to change it back on any of them the bartender yelled no and told the waiter to act like we didn’t exist. Completely unnecessary and rude. Won’t be back.

Our family needed a place to host a small family gathering after a funeral, and Ashley and Misty made it happen! They exemplify the saying “southern hospitality.” They were so kind and accommodating, and worked with all of our needs on short notice. Food was fantastic, service was even better. Could not recommend enough!

Waited 10 minutes and left after no server came to our table…

The last couple times we have been in here we’ve had Ashley as our server and she has been absolutely phenomenal. My liquor drink never went empty because of how attentive and on top of her tables she is, at one point I didn’t even have to ask she had a new one for me at perfect timing. The food is amazing, I have been to both southbound locations the Mac n cheese is way better here and I have to say this one is definitely the better of the two as far as service and all around atmosphere especially on karaoke nights. This place is definitely a go to down in the alley, there’s always something going on every night .

Came in for a quick drink this weekend and ended up staying for the amazing bar staff. I believe his name is Aaron, was very knowledgeable on so many different types of cocktails and liquors, and made me one of the best old fashioned’s I’ve ever had. Great conversation and atmosphere!!!

We had dinner on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately. Our server was Jade. We really appreciated her attention to detail and how nice she was. We're going to ask for her the next time we stop in. The food was very good, especially the smoked wings with the house made ranch dressing. We didn't know what to expect with the "Famous" wing flavor, but Jade explained that's what made Southbound famous, so we had to go with it. We were not disappointed at all. It was a wonderful choice and we'll order those again! Thanks for making our evening great!
