I went to order a venti summer Berry lemonade which is now out of season. So then I just want a venti ice water which then the lady says we can't give out water. Which is fine I'll buy it. Then the lady proceeds to tell me there's no way she can sell me water. That is a lie there's some kind of way you can sell me some water. Rather be a bottle of water with a cup of ice I don't care I just wanted some water. It's a shame I spend literally thousands of dollars with y'all and y'all be on BS like this.

The staff is super friendly, always greeting you with a smile and quick to chat while making your order. It's cozy on the inside with plenty of seats to hang out or work. Parking's a breeze—lots of spots right out front, which is a huge plus. Only gripe? It can get a bit crowded during morning rushes, and the wait time creeps up. Still, a solid spot for a coffee run!

Standard Starbucks experience. The staff, as usual, are well trained, very friendly, and highly competent. The food, being coffee (I only buy dark roast coffee with no sugar and no cream) was very, very tasty and hot.

The staffs that work here in the morning shift never really read the recipe. I paid extra money to add some other sauce in the drink and they never made it right. The drink came out horribly and it happened so many times that I am so afraid to make an order in the morning.
Awesome place..sara in the morning is the best rep and barista you have. Always pleasant and deserves a raise
