This is an awful Starbucks. They are understaffed and take forever to get served. The lady at the register said they don’t have cane sugar for the regular coffee but the barista held it up showing me it and had to ask him to use it. They were also without large cups for the pumpkin frappachino.The order took 15 minutes after it was ordered to complete 2 drink order. Will never go back there.

One hour and twenty mins before closing and the crew has the place in full shut down mode including mopping the floor we had to walk over to get inside. I understand the need to clean but I really didn't want to walk across the slippery wet floor. As usual the coffee was great.

My cookie crumble frap was literally chocolate syrup in a cup. My Swiss sandwiches squashed because they were pretty flat when i took it out of the bag. I have gotten starbucks 4 other locations in aiken county and this one is not my favorite.

Absolutely AMAZING Service. I have been coming to this location for almost 2 months maybe one or two times a week and the young lady that works the mornings is Top Notch! If it's not busy in there, by the time I get in the building my coffee is made and ready to go! BEST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
