Absolute BEST service around! Super friendly, fast, efficient, inviting and VERY clean. Highly reccomend!
I visited your establishment today and, unfortunately, was not greeted upon arrival. I understand that you were assisting another customer, but a simple acknowledgment—such as “Good day, I’ll be right with you”—would have made a difference. Another customer entered after me, and neither of us received a greeting.
I also placed a mobile order but did not see my food in the pickup area. Since you and your associate were deeply engaged with another customer, I waited patiently rather than interrupting. When I was finally acknowledged as the next person in line and mentioned my mobile order, there was no apology for the wait or any reassurance.
As someone with customer service experience, I believe small gestures of acknowledgment go a long way in improving the overall experience. I hope this feedback helps enhance future interactions.
Bread was so OLD. didn't even ask for it crusty. I paid the extra $1 ,70 for sliced avocado. That I didn't get. Barely any meat or toppings. I won't be back unfortunately..I really liked this place before
The service was wonderful, everyone was very polite. Everything was extremely clean. Last but not least the food was fresh and tasted amazing!! Will definitely be returning. Thanks for the great service .
