It's normally a wonderful place to go. I switched to this location after the manager at another location kept trying to be overly nosy and personal. Went today and had a ridiculous encounter. Ordered a cold cut combo with double meat and extra cheese. I arrived to pick up my sandwich, and not only did they give me a very sparse sandwich, but it didn't have double meat. It didn't even have extra meat. It also had no cheese at all. When I complained, the man working told me it did have double meat. Even after his coworker said it absolutely did not and was adding my double meat. He then told me, with attitude, that they were out of the cheese I wanted, so he just didn't add any. I have no clue why they didn't even bother asking if I wanted a different kind, but I know I'm just going to move on to another location. Subway is becoming such a disappointment lately. Giving two stars because the other worker at least got up from her break, on a phone call, to try to fix my order. She was so sweet.

Walked in to one of the workers yelling at another very rudely. The person preparing my salad was very slow. There were three workers but only the slow one up front. What it looked like the owners walked in and people came up front and started taking care of other guests. Not enough food for what you pay for neither. No acknowledgment of existence, no happiness or eagerness until the owners came in. Feeling like a burden just to walk into the door. Not sure how this place is even still in business.

Freaking terrible. I wish I could rescind the tip I sent when I placed the pickup order at the very least. Even tho I put a note on the order about who would be picking up my large order, they gave it to the wrong person. So my friend had to wait for a long time while they remade my order, which they did incorrectly and poorly. Never again.

I take my seven year old there once a week. The past two weeks I have heard too much profanity. One employee was complaining about store policy for employees; she was also the one using profanity casually as her normal language. Even when she went to the back I could still her speaking that way.

It was not very clean. The tuna looked dried out and as if it had been sitting out all day. The scooper for the tuna was submerged with the handle in it. Pickles had olives and lettuce in it. The counter around all the meats and toppings where they fix the subs looked as though they do not sanitize often. This is only what caught my eye when I first walked up. I didn't bother trying to see extra. As far as employee's, they weren't mean but they didn't really talk. They definitely didn't want to be there.

First off the area with all the ingredients to make your sub was absolutely disgusting dirty....the window area covering the counter was also very dirty, they were out of several items, and veggies looked terrible.... no thanks! I think they have new management because we have been to this location several times in the past and it has NEVER been that gross.

This has to be the worst Subway I have ever been to. They had no tomatoes. All the grocery stores in town and they had no tomatoes. The guy waiting on me was only concerned about getting off of work in a few minutes. No tea, no pepsi, or any other soda. Just get you something to drink out of the cooler. Do yourself a favor and go to Just Julie's.

Got charged for an order jan -10th that i didn’t receive the store was advertising that they were open on the site and app they weren’t i called and called this store and never got a resolution nor response btw its much weeks later never again

We left with nothing. My husband and I walked in roughly 2pm on Dec 1st. The young lady who was working was quite friendly she greeted us. The young man that was working with her was very rude he kept rolling his eyes. He did not say hi. He was waiting on us to order. It was just weird since he didn’t even greet us. We took one look at the veggies and they were so wilted and dry. The tomatoes had mold on one of them and were full of water. The lettuce had lots of brown pieces. We told them nevermind, thank you and left out. While we were proceeding to walk out the young man said thank God now we can take a break. He didn’t even care if we heard him. We will not be returning to this location. Very messy, unprofessional and rude! Such a disgrace..

My only complaint is I walked back in after they started making my subs, and the guy was cleaning up a bunch of salt, and saying to the new girl, how could you do that with the salt. Didn't see the sub. Get home, take a nap, wake up, and go to eat my sub , and it's salty, as all get out. And I had asked for extra Lettuce, but didn't get much. I'm assuming that the salt fell on the lettuce, and they took the lettuce of, but left my sub salty.

The service was great however the bread was stale and the red onions looked to be way past their expiration time. The restaurant atmosphere is so-so but face it, it's a Subway ?
