Visited on Monday around noon. I usually enjoy the sandwiches from this location, especially when I order online.
But today was… different. The vegetables were uneven, barely there, and the overall portion felt surprisingly minimalist — almost like the sandwich was on a diet.
It was far below the quality I’ve come to expect here, and honestly pretty frustrating.
If this becomes the new standard, I might have to start looking for another sandwich shop.

Manager is rude unprofessional and does not need to work with the public. Does not have any sense of accountability for when a customer has an issue or what customer service is whatsoever.

The worst subway location I've ever been to. Unfortunately it is the only location I can easily get to while working 14 hour shifts. I always order ahead so that I dont have to leave work for to long but they never make the order before I arrive and they all move so slow it feels like everyone's first day everyday. Today when I arrived my sub was not made and the lady put the tuna on before toasting the bread. I asked if I forgot to request it toasted and she said if I wanted it toasted before the tuna I had to request it in the special requests. She then asked me if I wanted her to removed the tuna and toast it... after the mayo has already soaked into the bread. I told her it was ok and thought she'd just give me the sub untoasted. She put my tuna in the toaster. It made the whole sub especially mushy and the bread didnt get toasted properly. I understand toasting most of their mears but tuna??? Where is the common sense??
I was 1st in line waiting on this online order and took her a while she makes one half and then the 2nd person assist manger is so rude

Upon entering I noticed 2 employees sitting in the corner chatting. I Greeted both of them without a reply. After deciding who would take my order, one of the employees put her phone down, came behind the counter and rinsed her hands. I asked kindly if she would use soap. You would have thought I called her out her name. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I did tip her, but only 10%. It shouldn't be robbery to use SOAP AND WATER.

My husband and I brought two subs through the app. We usually go to the one on pine log/silver bluff location but we were closer to this one. The sandwiches were very simple turkey mayo and black olives and a BLT with cheese. I had mayo one small slice of turkey for the entire foot long. And I asked for extra black olives which I only had maybe 4 pieces on it. So really I paid $9 for bread and mayo.
Great place for me sometimes for lunch. I was hoping to get some oatmeal cookies, but they were out.

Michelle & Trent made my 3 sandwiches with perfection. They were very friendly & accommodating when I had to change my order. Very patient as well.
On Sunday evening me and my family had our subs made to perfection by the subway workers named Trent, Javier, and Allen. The service and speed to make the sandwich had us in and out in under 10 minutes which is great with the amount of people in the store at the time and the current situation in Aiken right now. I would recommend this as the best subway out the three in Aiken.

My sub was made to perfection. It was really top tier. My sandwich artist, Trent, was very mature and he made that sandwich with pride. I highly recommend you visit this establishment!

I visit regularly because I enjoy the food even though the servers/ sandwich makers are NOT friendly at all. Workers Act like they are doing you a favor making the sandwich. Today my two sandwiches had very stale rolls. When calling to speak with the manager, she didn’t seem to care, just bring them back and we will remake them. I’m Sorry but I won’t be back to this location, will go a few minutes further to another subway. I guess the attitude comes from the manager and works its way down :(. My Friends have also experienced this at the Target/ Whiskey Rd location.

Casey was very friendly and attentive her coworker was grumpy " I'm going to quit tonight, and arg another online order" . I got the sandwiches during the buy one get one free mobile deal. They were overall decent and good value.

Well there’s many customers waiting and one person name Allen is helping everybody and the employee asked his store manager to help she completely ignored her employee and the 4 other customers I made eye contact with her but got ignored…they need better managers here for better service
