Customer service was terrible. First, the young lady walked up from the gas station part of the store and she turns around and goes back over there. She then walks up to the counter and said what you get’n. I said what I wanted, and she kept repeating it like she didn’t understand. While eating and putting on gloves. The young lady with the red stitch braids shouldn’t be working if she does not like her job.

The employees at the Hwy 19 Aiken store, should be fired I ordered A ft. Long #20. Chicken bacon ranch. Lettuce cucumber and pickle. I got a BEEF with pepper and onion 2. I ordered a ft. Long BBQ Chicken. I got chicken, some kind of Chipotle sauce. They got the bread right. Sure hope I find receipt. Dog will have great lunch. Will not go to that Subway anymore

Worst subway I have been in yet. Smells like literal crap and the workers are just playing in the back the whole time and they got my pickup order wrong. Do better subway. Asked for sauce and neither had sauce except for the one. They squirted on the outside of the bread? Purposely? Obviously no management.
This restaurant refused to give me a cup for water, which is in violation of GA state law. Please train your managers and employees to follow the law.

We sandmade a online order of the BOGO 50% off. Footlong meat ball with extra meatballs a cold cut footlong and turkey ham. None of the sandwiches were made correctly no double meat on meatball but paid the extra 2.00 the cold cut was made into a 6" not footlong then they made a footlong for that on and the 2 6" turkey and ham only had turkey thanks for messing up our order. How hard is it to make sandwiches not happen nor will this be a stop to make again. 0 stars is my score

Went there two nights in a row before 7:00 they were not making sandwiches one guy in there claims he is cleaning and don't do sandwiches. I would recommend don't even stop there.

On mar 3, 2024 at 1:40pm I ordered at this in store resturant to see the server with his underwear exposed. He clearly needed a belt, very unprofessional. He proceeded to make sandwiches after coming from the back room with his gloves on. He also touched his underwear with gloves on while trying to pull his pants up while serving food. Just imagine someone touching their groin area and serving you food. That's the picture I got. I use to come here alot. I wont be coming here again ever.
