I order food from here often but tonight was the worst food ive ever had from them. Ingredients were burnt and dry, as if they scraped the bottom of the pan for it, and they didnt even put sauce in the bag to mask the god awful burnt taste. Night shift needs to be retrained or lose their jobs.

Waited 20-30 min for 1 taco and 1 burrito. Never got my food, they owe me $13. Very poor customer service.

I'm happy this location stays open late because our day was super long. We really didn't have options on a Sunday night. It was way too late cook when getting home and the time was after midnight. We had a very awesome experience. We weren't rushed or treated like an inconvenience. We love tacos, and where else can find you dorito taco shells.....haha. The food was consistently prepared in comparison to our previous visits. Our dog enjoyed a taco as well. This is not something we do often, it is extremely special when we do. It was very nice that we were even provided feedback on menu items that might work for him. The world is fast, fast food is expected to be fast. What is rare is experiences where those who work anywhere seem happy to ensure you get a good experience and smile. Very cool indeed.

Ordered at 10:30pm then after a twenty minute drive home I open my food to realize it wasn’t correct. Tried to call and line is constantly busy. I’d like to talk to someone but that seems impossible. This is a very unprofessional business. I hope a manager contacts me.

I walked in for a pickup order. No one behind the counter and no one said a word. I stood in the pick up area and waited 20 minutes as other orders were filled before someone asked my name. No other words uttered. Just “name”. 30 minutes after arrived- 45 minutes from ordered time food was ready. What makes me mad is they pressss food ready for pickup 5 minutes after I arrived so their times LOOK good. No sorry for you wait. Just a “here you go”. POOR SERVICE
Got a bean burrito (with more tortilla then filling), instead of the Beefy 5 layer I ordered, the sliders were just so small, there is no way that was $6 worth of sliders, three regular bites… at least they haven’t figured out how ruin the spicy potato soft taco… yet. Just be clean, consistent and accurate , then no one will give a crap that they had to wait 18 minutes in the drive thru starting only 5 cars back. But yeah that happened too.
