Whoever works here during night shifts is terrible. This is the second time since I’ve moved to Aiken back in April that I’ve had to turn around because of a missing item. The last time I was already home before I noticed. Wasted my money, glad I checked the bag this time.

I order taco bell atleast two to three times a week, Friday was the worst, literally put all my food in just plastic, no telling how many people touched it,I was told there was all new employees- are you kidding me- as a manager that should be the first thing, yet that's what you said,$20 threw it away.. NEXT DAY MS KLOE DAY MANAGEMENT ABSOLUTELY WAS THE BEST 👌🏼 MADE UP FOR EVERYTHING AND ITS WAS ACTUALLY RIGHT.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BRINGS CUSTOMERS- THE BEST PART...

I thought a Beef taco Supreme was tomatoes, beef, cheese, sour cream and lettuce.
Apparently not. I asked for no lettuce and that was the only correct thing with the taco.
All I got was meat and cheese. I thought this location may be better than North Augusta location.
Maybe a little better, but not by much !!
Your employees need to be retrained!!
My receipt was correct, but the order didn't reflect...
