Why is it so darn hard to make a burrito that I can taste every ingredient I ordered in a single bite. Instead I get a bit of all bean, all cheese, all rice, and all sauce. Why is it so hard to make food the way you want to eat it. Fire the jerk that doesn't care enough to make a meal the way he wants to eat it....

Asked for 5-layer burritos, there was no meat in them.
Asked for 3 hard shell tacos with cheese and steak and got a crumble of steak and a little bit of cheese.
Have photos, but the review will not let me post them yet. People were friendly, the service was fast...but now we know why. Where did the meat go?

Terrible!!! We weren’t even acknowledged by the employees who were way more concerned about the 2 cars in the drive through. Our orders were previously placed before we came inside, and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Even had items missing and they tried to argue! Will not be back at this location until the customer service improves.

Some of the most unprofessional, ignorant, careless, lackadaisical workers I have ever witnessed in my life! I waited almost 15 minutes inside for my mobile order and NOBODY said a word to me! They were working on getting the drive thru line out! So I got in my car and joined the drive thru line for my mobile order, and they told me I had to come back into the restaurant to get my mobile order, and I still had to wait even longer! The restaurant was trashy! Garbage and food on the floor, and the soda bar was completely filthy! Do not waste your time or money!
This second time I have been in there and waited more than 25 minutes. The food really wasn't that good, and I love Taco Bell. Bathroom had no paper towels, which tells me employees are not properly washing their hands. Place has seriously gone in the gutter. They seem to be more concerned about Doordash orders than the customers who are there in the restaurant.

The drive thru was very slow, taking g me about 15 minutes to get thru even though there was no long line. I had requested hot sauce, what's Taco Bell without it, and got to my hotel to find no sauce in the bag.

On recent order Sunday 12/08/2024, the food was terrible. The grilled cheese burrito was half the size it usually is, and the chicken casedilla almost no chicken or cheese it was like eating a plain tortilla. They purposely only put half amounts of the ingredients. Maybe they didn't get a food truck or something, but they should not charge full price for half the ingredients.
