Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting to place an order. All the other cars had received their food at this point and moved on. Drove up to the window to be ignored by the workers. All during normal operation hours. No customer service. Couldn't place an order.

Very very slow. We had a mobile coupon that they would not apply or help with 🙄. Made drive first before any other orders. Poor door dash was standing there 25 min. Got our order of cold and poorly made food in 20 min.

I ordered online, waited 25 minutes at the counter to pick it up. Had to leave to go to an appointment. Employees did not seem interested in trying to find out what I needed. Came back an hour later, still no one interested in talking to me. Never got my food. I would suggest anyone thinking about eating here think again.

Waited 1 hour inside, never got my food. Took 10 minutes to get a refund. Atleast 5 other people asked for a refund for the same reason. 4 people came inside from the drive thru for wrong orders. They said our food inside was taking so long because they were busy with the drive thru. Shut this place down already.

Service is just plain awful. Made my order 20 minutes ago online. I’m right down the road so get here a few min later. I’ve been here waiting for 15 minutes and still sitting here. No one has spoken a word to me. Approached the counter and was ignored. Honestly the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen staff at any venue. Will continue to wait for my pick up order but won’t be back. For what it’s worth there’s not drive-through line either.

The staff is rude, disgusting & management is lost. They didn’t have black beans for my food so the Caucasian girl with tattoos everywhere made it with refried beans and when I got to the window she was so rude and nasty. Told her I didn’t want refried beans she immediately got pissed off and basically said I couldn’t get the rest of my food she even went as far as to ask her manager if they can refuse my me all because I wanted the remainder of my order which they had the ingredient to make nacho fries and a spicy potato soft taco. She didn’t want to make she brought her African American manager to the window who was just as lost looking at me asking how can she help me while I’m siting in her driveway with no food at all after waiting for an hour and the only thing y’all are out of is black beans. The black lady then turns round after her employee asked if they could refuse me and says I’m gonna help you.. I paid my money for food and your employees get to decide if I get served based on the bad night they are having? Smh I didn’t get all of my food so I received bad service for no reason.

Since the drive thru was pretty packed decided to go inside to grab a bite to eat. Stood there for almost 10 mins before I just left after being completely ignored. This was enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth where I won’t be back. Considering the food here is lackluster anyway the customer service will always keep the lights on. People need to humble themselves and if you don’t like dealing with customers then this isn’t the right fit for you. Simple.

I usually have a decent experience with drive through here but not today. The person in front of me bought $70 worth of food and they had them sit and wait on their food at the window for 10 minutes which created a line filling the parking lot. I get to the window for a $17 order and get told to pull up front and wait for it. I have people angry I'm in their way and thinking I'm parking in a rude manner (I was stuck in front of the handicap parking spaces), but the only place I could've parked that was completely out of the way was the mobile order pick up spots that were blocked by the line waiting to order. My food comes out and the lady is snapping at me saying I was told to park in the mobile spot when I was not (and how could I?). Very frustrating experience. I was livid. I hate being put in a stressful spot because you all got behind with the person in line ahead of me and rather than having her go ahead and pull forward to have prevented all of this I get thrown into this situation. I've decided next time I'm asked to pull forward I will refuse to do so until I get my food and can leave.
