I love this Taco bell! I come here almost every day for me and the kids, honestly most of the time to get us away from my husband but that’s a story for another time! There’s food is great! Whenever i see or hear Hallie taking my order I KNOW it’s about to be done right. Hallie treats me and the kids like family and it really makes me want to do better for them…for HER

Store opens at 10am according to hours online and on door, and it's almost 11 and it's not open. Employee cars in the parking lot, but store is locked and lights are off.
Listen, I know fast food is a thankless job, and during a rush I can understand and respect wait times being higher. But enduring an hour in the lobby to wait for food I paid for online, while others who came in way after me get theirs first, and being constantly told “we’re working on it” when asked where it is infuriating. It’s a $15 order. Completely unacceptable.

Well you get to start only because of the fact that I can't give you a negative star I come into your establishment expect to be waited on and was told to use the kiosk I'm a customer and now you lost a customer really.. yes it was during the day during working hours at 5:20 in the p.m. you were not busy and I'm sorry but I feel that if you're a customer we should be taking care of instead of saying use the kiosk that right there is not customer service so negative 0111111 Stars regarding the customer service at your establishment..

Absolutely disgusting, food safety hazards everywhere. I heard the employees talking about the cold side of their makeline not working and they are still serving food out of it. Im glad I heard this and was able to leave before poisoning myself. The district manager needs to step in here and stop food service, until they're able to keep their food at a proper temperature, before they hospitalize someone.
