This restaurant has great food and even better service! I called and made a reservation for a group of 6 and they accommodated us that day. The inside seats are sturdy and comfortable for larger bodies. The outside seats unfortunately are narrow with armrests and would be uncomfortable for larger bodies. Also, outside tables cannot accommodate groups of more than 4. There are no steps getting into the restaurant but it is narrow between seats and tables so wheelchair accessibility may be limited without help. The restaurant is on the alley with easy access to neighboring bars. The food is delicious and the menu is varied enough to accommodate a wide variety of tastes.

Our server Arionna s (Ari) was so fantastic! She was bubbly, attentive, and prompt. This is my favorite restaurant and our service is always great but she really was outstanding to the point I felt compelled to call her manager over and tell them how fantastic our service was. This is the service I always hope for but never expect out of any business but she went above and beyond. I can't brag on her enough. This was our best experience in the 8 years we have been patrons.

Rude service upon entry. We wanted to sit at the bar and then told, "you don't sit at the bar. you go to the host" Uhm, what's the point of having a bar with seats? Also, what happened to manners and a pleasant welcome? "What are you picking up?" isn't a nice way to greet people. We immediately walked out the door.

Been here twice. Got sick both times. Ate the raw sushi....maybe shouldn't eat that here, but I will not find out because I'm not going again. Service was ok. Had to ask the server her name. Usually, a server should tell you their name upon approaching your table, but didn't happen here on either visit. Poor customer service. I'll be happy to eat at Tailgate Tavern 50 yards up the Alley.

Had to pick something new to order twice because they didn’t have steak or brown rice, drinks were watered down and the servers were playing around in the corner the entire time. Will not be returning.

we have eaten at Tako Sushi since original owners when it was fantastic!iit has gradually gone downhill and tonight was the worst!Greeters at the door were unfriendly and slammed menus on the table.employees were sloppy and disheveled looking.messy uncombed hair ripped stockings no one ever smiled constantly on cell phones.food very slow even with few customers!!! Will never come back!Good luck!!!

My friends and I often go here. I’ve only had a bad experience once, and they were willing to remake the dish they messed up. Very good food. However, the service can be spotty. Do not go here if you are in a rush, but if you are not in a rush, it is great.

I went with a friend last nite. I wanted to give it another try but at a different location bc I didn’t have a good experience at the surrey center location. The asparagus tempura was great! The sushi wasn’t bc the rice was hard and crunchy!!! Idk who cooked the rice but they need some help! Our server left empty dishes on our table and had to be told to take them away. My linen napkin that wrapped my silverware was stained and dirty. I just can’t believe that this happened! We won’t be going back any time soon!

The Aiken location closes early ALL THE TIME! Stating we were having “kitchen issues” so we had to close early. I doubt you have kitchen issues at least twice a week. Tonight I went in at 9:00 and they are supposed to be open until 10:00. Female said we closed at 9:00. Get employees that actually want to work until you are supposed to close and not leave early!
