If you’re looking for great coffee and brunch, this place is IT. The atmosphere is cozy along with seating indoor and outdoor. The crepe and bagel were amazing, coming in larger portions. Staff were accommodating and friendly!!
Never got to experience the food or atmosphere as when I asked how we order, the man behind the counter cooking said she will be right with you just hold on. He then went to the door where the lady was washing dishes and told her “you are going to have to come out here she’s freaking out”. I simply asked a question and that was uncalled for and unwarranted. I was so looking forward to trying this place but the rudeness ruined it for me and we left.
As for being called a princess, this is the rudeness I was met with upon asking a simple question. I had no problems waiting for assistance, it was saying I was freaking out. Thank for proving my point in your reply instead of apologizing for the way you spoke of a customer that was there for the first time and last time
From the husband: my wife asked if this is where we placed the order and your told your coworker that she needed to come out as the lady was freaking out. That was uncalled for and why we left. Had nothing to do with how long we were there. Had everything to do with your attitude and what you said about my wife. Do not ever disrespect my wife again.
We’ve been here a few times while visiting and we LOVE it! The bagels, the coffee, the atmosphere- all amazing! The staff are super kind and attentive as well.
Food was ok laidback environment service was good would go back and try something else
I ate there for lunch and had a crepe (the bees knees) as well as one of the specials (the cake baby). The food was very good and portion size was great! The inside is very small so not good for big groups but there is a take out option.
Great place downtown Aiken.
During my visit to Aiken in June 2024 as a tourist from Germany, I stumbled upon this delightful café - and what a gem it turned out to be! The food and drinks were incredibly delicious, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentive service. As a tourist, I’ve tried several spots around town, but this café quickly became my favorite and stands out as the best in Aiken. I highly recommend stopping by for a fantastic experience!

Everything was deliciously fresh, made w/ quality ingredients! Staff were friendly & accommodating. The garden was in beautiful bloom ? They also serve a wide array of non-dairy milk options. You can tell that the chef takes great pride in his creations!
