Just spent 25 minutes calling to order, lines busy the whole time, walk in go inside and workers just giggling and laughing no phone in sight and I ask them does your phone not work? I get the response oh sorry someone’s on hold, 25 minutes on hold huh

The food here is great but the people who work here are horrible, they need new staff because I can only imagine the business they lose out on because of these dumb workers, they’ve done this to me for months now

I’m not wasting my time with this place anymore

the cashier was so busy texting she didn’t see me one foot in front of her at the counter. and then i got food poisoning from the hibachi chicken. awful experience will never go back and will never recommend!

I came in for lunch. I waited for almost one hour for my food (50 minutes) because they make it “down the street”?
The hostess was nice but they should have told me. You gotta wonder if DHEC knows that food is made somewhere else. Food was room temperature. I saw a bucket of raw chicken on the kitchen floor when I went to the bathroom. I won’t be back and I hope no one gets sick.

The best 'hole in the wall' in Aiken. Forget the atmosphere and service just get their Tokyo chicken and don't forget the white sauce.

The girl at the front counter who pretends to be the manager and owner has the worst attitude. She is always too busy having a conversation with someone else when you call in an order of trying to order in person. Then, when she gets the order wrong she wants to have an attitude. I've tried to talk to the owner but the girl at the front counter blocked my number. Way to handle business blocking a phone number because you can't handle feedback! ??
I have had this problem 3 times now so there will not be any more chances now that this girl has blocked my number because she is petty.
This place is really a joke letting someone speak to customers in the manner that she does. She does not need to work in customer service.
My entire work family orders from here but I'm sure there will be more reviews to come on this girl. I will make sure to get a name so that I can update using her name.

Food wasn’t very flavorful and chicken was overcooked. We waited 20 minutes for our hibachi, and then another 25 minutes for the little sushi we bought. We watched a man walk down the street with bags in his hands, to find out that he had walked out sushi over from a different restaurant.. so the sushi is not made in house.. and it was just alright anyway. Probably won’t recommend.

Don’t get me wrong food is good. But I asked for a 3-way double shrimp and then steak. Well by the picture you can definitely tell that this is not double shrimp. And then not to mention the girl working had an attitude and was cussing like it was nothing. Don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

The sashimi was ROOM TEMPERATURE. The sushi salad was freezer burnt. The wasabi was watery. 0/10 DO NOT GET SUSHI FROM HERE.

Every time I order from here it takes 45 plus minutes. Then when we do get sushi just found out they don't make it there they get it dropped off from another place down the road. ( alley sushi)
