The Thai tea was abysmal and they would not give me a refund or swap it out. Do not get the thai tea, the shaved ice was good though.

This is my first experience with something like this and I have to say this is a brilliant idea! This is a light desert experience and I highly recommend it! It melts in your mouth and it’s not too sweet or rich (we got the chocolate overload) it melts in your mouth! The taro boba was amazing. My husband ordered the white chocolate espresso and it was delicious too! Will definitely come back!
Past employees have told me to bring cash tips, because the owner redirects any of the card reader tips to their pockets and the employees are understaffed, underpaid and overworked. I do not appreciate tipping people because they were nice to me only to discover they didn't get my money but an entirely different person did that had nothing to do with the positive interaction whatsoever. The quality of the food and the vibes are great. The employees are great people, but the owner's personality is so bad she could probably have been remembered as some sort of mythological evil if she were born in ancient times.
Listen, if she needs the tip money for herself/her business so bad, she should raise the base prices. She shouldn't scam customers like me into trying to giving money to someone and then stealing it for herself midway. False advertising; not cool.

We wanted to go someplace for dessert. It's just fancy shaved ice and drinks. From the pictures online we expected more options as far as actual desserts. Mea culpa. Service seemed kinda slow since we were the only customers, it's not like they had to cook anything. The guy that took our order did come to wipe the table. We loved the decor and vibe. The drink got a good review and the shaved ice we ordered got an ok but that's teens for you. Maybe next time we pay closer attention, pictures looked yummy online.
