Everything was great until the night shift cook came in with an attitude. Luckily we already had our food or I would have walked out. You could immediately feel the atmosphere change. Arguing cussing with one waitress and then refuses to cook another's food. Poor management choice to keep an employee like that around. I wanted to place a to go order after eating but after listening to her I placed an order online at another store nearby and picked it up on my way home. I won't be back here at night if she's there.

I wouldn’t give this Waffle House even one star but I had to to leave a review they night shift staff customer service is horrible waited a hour 1hr before our order was even taken then when I got my order it wasn’t even right

Dillon is an excellent cook. He should be a rockstar cook. This was some of the best food I have had at a Waffle House. Londa was fantastic. She never let us run out of butter, drinks, and even offered to make us to go cups. Miss LeToya cleaned the entire time we were there. This was the cleanest Waffle House I have ever eaten in!! They all deserve recognition for a job well done.

I don't go to Waffle House for dinner too often but I am glad I did this night! Great food (as always) and the service at this particular location is outstanding. The 3 ladies running the show were beyond pleasant and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. Pure Southern Hospitality.

Excellent location, just off highway 20. Henry was the greatest server we ever had. He said his motto is “ to treat everyone like as if he were sitting at the table”. He was efficient and friendly. He is dedicated to his job and an asset to the restaurant. Other servers were also very friendly, wam and welcoming. They presented great food appearance.

Unit 616 Aiken SC! When I walked in to this Waffle House there was no greeting. They were not busy but it took forever to get service. I watched my food sitting and getting cold before it was finally delivered. The server carried the food out with my sausage plate stacked on top of my boyfriend's sandwich. YOU DONT PUT PLATES ON TOP OF FOOD!!!! My cheesy eggs had more brown than yellow because they were so scorched. My jelly packet had been on someone else's plate, it had a hole in it and It was covered in pepper and toast crumbs. I had no pepper on my plate. I watched the cook reach over on the high-bar with her gloves on, get a bottle of water unscrew the lid take a drink put the lid back on, set the bottle back on the high-bar and go back to cooking without ever changing her gloves. Again a huge no no! Will not go back to this unit.

scheduled an interview days ago and the manager left before my scheduled time and wasn’t coming back that day, terrible business methods and truly the most unprofessional thing i’ve experienced
Brendia "mama" is our favorite server. We usually do not stop unless she's there. It was nice and peaceful today. No drama. The staff was upbeat and happy. The only glitch was there was no jukebox working.
