The manager decided she was gonna start yelling and screaming at the staff about there performance and the people were changing shifts and shes yelling at the ones that were getting off the clock to do this and that and it was pretty rude. And when the comment that she could've handled that different she stated that we could find another waffle house to go to if we didnt like it. Very unprofessional and those staff all did wonderful but seems overly worked and greatly unappreciated...
We ate at this Waffle House passing through going back to Columbia. Robert was our server and he was extemely kind and considerate. He took time to explain to us what we were ordering and never hesitated to get us anything we needed. We will definitely come back to this one again for that reason.
Had to send my food back because they left off the cheese from my hash browns . They forgot cheese in my cheese eggs. They still failed to put cheese in the cheese eggs. They did the same to my friends food also.
