Justin the area manager is well above average. So the stores all follow suit. On my visit he was mopping floors and cleaning everything. The work at the bottom of the totem pole. Taking out the trash. What I noticed was the quality of his work. Later as I was leaving I discovered he was the area manager. He leads by example a d it truly shows. Very good job.

Got my order wrong, they were to busy playing. Wish I could take my tip back. Make sure u check your food before you leave. I ordered a grit bowl steak eggs & cheese add bacon. I got a hash brown bowl with no bacon. Drove all the way home just to open the bag & be disappointed, after working a 12 hr. Shift. Pissed I’ll stick to the SOUTHSIDE Waffle House.

We have eaten at this location often but will never return. We arrived and were told a table would be cleaned for us. We waited and watched as a waitress smeared coffee with cream all over the table top with a rag, wiped the seat with the same rag and left table soaking wet with the spilled coffee. I asked if she could please dry the table and she said "you've got napkins, dry it yourself". This was rude and unsanitary. We moved to another table and waited for quite a while before another server came to take our order. She said she had other orders to put in first and would put ours in after that. Others who arrived after us got their food before us. When our arrived (we each had a waffle and bacon), we had no syrup. She asked if we wanted sweet or sugar free. We said sweet. My husband finally had to remind her we had no syrup. My bacon was crisp but his had about half with fat that had not been cooked fully. He peeled off that part. We ate and left. Very disappointing.

The music the waitresses were playing and dancing to on their phones was a little loud. Overall though, it was delicious and the eggs were perfect.
Always a good experience at most of the locations I've been too. This one was no exception. Very attentive server and good hot breakfast just the way I ordered.
