We came in tonight for Valentine's Day. It was the best experience. The restaurant was decorated and everyone was so friendly! Service was great and the food was good. I have always wanted to go to Waffle House on Valentine's Day and it didn't disappoint! Great job.
Justin the area manager is well above average. So the stores all follow suit. On my visit he was mopping floors and cleaning everything. The work at the bottom of the totem pole. Taking out the trash. What I noticed was the quality of his work. Later as I was leaving I discovered he was the area manager. He leads by example a d it truly shows. Very good job.
We eat dinner here every shift. The cooks know us, the servers know us, and they know what we like to eat.
We're treated like family, and the food is great.
