Had to write a review to thank Kathy for her wonderful service. I have a special needs son who loves Waffle House but going out to eat can be stressful, she went above and beyond. Brought a coloring book, little fidget toys, made sure we were okay the entire time we were there. I really can’t thank her enough and will definitely be back because of her!

Came in for a late breakfast a couple days before Christmas. Staff jovial and attentive. The Christmas spirit was high !! Food good and hot. Atmospheric music exceptional...Skynard was playing.♥️👍 Busy place, but we'll be back. 👍

Service was TERRIBLE. The manager (Lilly apparently was her name) was NASTY will NEVER eat here again. She’s completely ruined the Waffle House Experience for me. Definitely needs to be replaced.

The best always consecutively great food and friendly staff and service. I highly recommend been living off Waffle House breakfast for decades. Love to sit at bar and watch the chefs cook great food.

My kids boyfriend and I went yesterday (8/16/25) we had ms Kathy and she was AMAZING. She made sure we had everything we needed. She had my kids giggling like mad. Just overall the best experience ever. The food was better than the waffle houses local to me. If I could give more stars I most definitely would !!!!

Dirty, flies and cooks look like they came from a halfway house
Every we go there at night they say they are either closed carry out only or unable to serve us at this time. They just need to shut down.

Im only leaving a star because I have to. The service here tonight was absolutely horrible. Didnt catch everyones name but Dana and Drew plus one more female. Both females wanted to talk very loudly about how they hate their job and cuss very loudly infront of children. Then they all three go outside, for Drew to walk back in with music very loud on his phone singing about how he doesnt care about anyone but him. Well that much is obvious. Food wasnt worth a penny muchless the 25 bucks we were charged. Ridiculous. May be time to find new help. We wont be back

Funny, I did not know the WAFFLE 🧇 HOUSE did not serve pancakes. Excellent service, I feel bad I forgot the redheaded servers name for this review. I was impressed with the service. The waffle was ok . The group of 4 I was with talked about the good meal and the great ticket time. The music was pretty cool
