After having very bad service elsewhere, we ended up at this Waffle House and as soon as we walked in the door, we was greeted with smiles and welcomes from all the employees. Caitlin was our waitress and she was a delight. One of the sweetest waitresses I've come across. Food was excellent. Highly recommend!

The guy with the glasses that works night shift on the 12th never gets order right and honestly makes all my female friends feel uncomfortable. He never gets any of the females orders right and doesn’t get them refills and when you talks to the hes eye just lingers on the just a bit to long. Everyone else is great and the food is always on point it’s just him that kinda messes the hole thing up
On a saturday night upon arrival, there were two employees working the cook and one server. They had chairs blocking off most of the seating. Three available booths were filled up so we sat at the bar. The server did not greet us, Her behavior was as if she didn't even want to be there.. After five minutes of sitting at the bar, I said Is in a friendly manner "thank you for working tonight, May I ask your name and can we put on our drink order? " The server said her name was Jackie, andTook our order. Jackie dropped off our drinks. Three people walked in and put in a to go order. Jackie and the cook prepared thier order. Then Jackie simply walked out.. Ten minutes past, The cook said that she went out on a break. Twenty more minutes past, The cook apologized and said "we are short staffed and Jackie walked out and she hasn't come back." Leaving the cook who could not ring up the customer's . Thus not being able to proceed to cook our food. Needless to say, We were denied serice, we left hungry.Just wanted to leave an honest review, Jackie's lack of work ethic was truly disappointing. I wish her transmission failure on the freeway and may the fleas of a thousand camels infest her. To future employers, do not hire Jackie As she demonstrated job abandonment.

Pick up they won't answer the phone to place an order which sux haven't picked up in awhile but it was good.
This place is absolutely terrible. They were out of hash browns and waffle mix. If you don't have the products for your customers then close down until you have it.

My omelette was greasy too much butter and the cheese was too much. There was very little of the veggies I asked for. So I asked for more mushrooms on the side.The tea and service was good.

Went to Waffle House tonight for our usual dinner selections. A good Ham & cheese omelette, cheese grits, raisins toast for my wife and the Delmonico steak, loaded hash browns, eggs over medium, Texas toast and of course good fresh brewed coffee. Our cook and server were both excellent hosts, we always feel at home there. For good food, fast, friendly service and a great cup of coffee, you can’t go wrong with Waffle House on Pine log road in Aiken! ??
