Been there 3 times in the last couple weeks, drink dispenser was out of several drinks, and the diet coke I wanted was almost entirely carbonated water, today it was entirely carbonated water. Paid 3.00 for nothing. Complained and they could care less. If this happens again, they will lose my business.

The cashier was very rude and was screaming at us to hurry up and order he was on a time limit.Very unprofessional and nasty .Then when we came to the window he yelled MOVE YOUR CAR GO CHECK YOUR BAG UP THERE IF ITS WRONG I WILL FIX IT JUST MOVE .And all that yelling he did at us our fries were ice cold .When my grandson went in to take them back he was still yelling.Dude if you don't like your job go somewhere else we just wanted to have a peaceful take out

Went through the drive thru and got 2 large combos. One being the Asiago Ranch Club. Had no bacon, no ranch, nothing. Just meat and cheese. Large frie was half full and tasted stale. Chili I ordered was cold as well.

I'm from Texas! When I arrived there was a line in the drive-thru. I waited. When I got to the order panel, a lady was so nice taking my order. I said to myself wow, I'm shocked to get greeted like that. Customer service in many places are horrible. But this Wendy's knocked it all out the ballpark.
When I got to the window for payment the cashier was so nice. I said the food has to be good! OMG was I right from the strong diet coke, down to the hot fries 🍟 to the Wendy's single burger was so fresh and neatly made. Everything tasted so good.
Thank you for giving it your all. Tell the cook great job 11-4-2024 approximately 3:30 p.m.

They were closed 30 minutes before the actual closing time. I also do DoorDash sometimes and they ask to go in the drive thru just to pick up an order!!

Normally Wendy's is a good reliable fast food place for a quick meal, I always get the spicy chicken filet sandwich. However, the past 2 visits have been absolutely horrible, the last sandwich I actually threw away. It was really dry with no flavor and the "lettuce" consisted of one wilted brown leaf. After 2 bad meals in a row I don't believe I will be going back.

I’m writing this beyond mad because this isn’t the first time this has happens. This location literally will stop serving breakfast before 10:30 on Sunday today it was 10:24 and someone came outside to change the signs. I was next in line and was refused breakfast because it they were “serving lunch”. 6 minutes is still 6 minutes
