My food was alright , but they gave me root beer in my cup instead of dr pepper. I was livid because I was running behind time and I specifically said Dr. Pepper for the drink. I ended up pouring out the drink and didn't have time to turn around to go back because my son had a doc appointment. Next time I'll just order inside to avoid confusion and also so I can fix my own drink instead

Would give zero stars if I could. Order a the Dave’s single.. Was given a burger with no lettuce. The patty was extremely small, butnt, and dried out. Also asked for extra pickles only got 1. Should’ve just made a burger at home like I intended in the first place. This place is not the same

The cashier was very rude and disrespectful I waited in line for 20 minutes waiting on the cashier to ask if that had baked potatoes. I was told to wait till she finished another order before

Whole staff is disrespectful. Half the time your order is wrong and if you go inside your gonna get yelled at for trying to place an order.
Antoinette (I know im spelling that wrong and I'm so sorry) is the new GM. She is kind hearted, compassionate, professional, and courteous. She is exactly what i would want in a general manager to turn this place around as the customer service has been awful. Drive thru worker who was working the headset and my payment today at 3pm on 01/27/25 messed up so much and was rude and mean. The new GM fixed it all and was apologetic and wonderful. I have full faith she will be able to fix this place and it's terrible customer service!

Friendly staff and low wait times. Tables could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise an enjoyable experience.
Edit: Since I've posted this review sometimes the food looks like this and I see why they only get minimum wage.

Walked over to Wendy's went inside the lady nicely said you have to order at the kiosk she came around to help me I went to pull out cash she said we cannot take cash inside I need to go through the drive-thru I could not go through the drive-thru because I was walking from across the street so they refused to serve me did not take my cash I felt like I was being discriminated against for not carrying a credit card so

I normally try to be very understanding with people who are working but the workers were very rude and not good at communicating. They were out of a lot of items which I was ok with but when trying to order they were rude and not communicating well.
