Wendy's on whiskey road in aiken sc SUCKS when it comes to online orders. They lock the lobby doors earlier than 9pm for carryout pickup and is obnoxiously rude at drive thru regarding online orders. Hate this location with a passion. Have had several bad experiences with their very annoying and unprofessional staff

I don't know if folks weren't too happy this trip. Also it's a store in South Carolina that does not have a Carolina classic... Which is pretty much the only sandwich I get from Wendy's at all. Then didn't feel good for a couple of days

I went to order a simple baked potato, they then came back and told me they had no potatoes ready and there would be a wait. I expressed that I was ok waiting until they told me I would have to wait an hour. For one potato? This was at 3pm, it’s quite ridiculous how a single location has all of these bad reviews and not a single person is making this location better.

We went for the Creamsicle frosty. I thought it was worth the effort. The bacon, cheese, and pretzel bun burger was okay, but I don't think it will be my standard. I prefer a double bacon burger with more salad on it. The order system didn't work on my phone, so I used the kiosk. Very little human interaction that works.

I tried to use the app to get my $1 Dave's single and it wouldn't work so I went inside. The girls behind the counter told me their internet was down and they couldn't honor the $1 deal bc I had to use my app to get it. I asked if they could just ring it up as a $1 but they kept saying their internet was down and they couldn't take mobile orders but if I wanted to go across town to the other Wendy's I could use my app and get $1 burger!!!! Really??? I'd spend more in gas money plus my time!

Usually have a great experience with the staff, app was acting up today. I pulled over to a parking spot for less than a minute trying to get my order placed when the owner came to my car yelling about taking 2 spaces while I was trying to get my app to work. Very rude, I've eaten here 3x a week for months and doubt I'll be back after his rudeness

Fish sandwich was mostly breading, dry and over cooked. It has been a while since we've eaten at Wendy's, but the burger did not seem to be the 100% beef patty we remember. Another customer informed an employee that the drink machine mix was "off" and he was told "it's fine."

My brother orders two biggie bags online and when he went to pick it up they refused to give him his order. They cleared his order from the screen and told them they were closed. They said they don’t take walk ups so he came back around in the car and they still refused to give him his food. They offered no refund for the order either. The manager that worked February 2nd till the morning of today is the one we had the encounter with. The customer service is horrible and displeasing.
