This is a place you may not look twice at, but locals sure know. The food is delicious! Part diner, part deli, either way, fresh with lots of choices. Atmosphere is low key, with simple decor, and very clean. The food comes out very quickly, and the staff is friendly and polite. You wouldn't realize how large the dining area is by looking at the outside. I'd say it's one of Aiken's best kept secrets!
1st timer here. They are known for their gourmet grits. I got plain grits no add ins. The grits were great and so creamy. I enjoyed them. They were Uber busy so spacing was crowded. I also had to wait a while for someone to take my order as they were a bit busy and seeming short staffed. Will try again.
We haven't been in a few months. Had a delicious breakfast at What's Cookin'. It's hard not to get the pancakes everytime, they are so fluffy with a little crisp to the edges. We ordered plain biscuits and sausage gravy to go.
