Attended the Taste of Poland event and was not disappointed.
For the first course, the borscht, I don’t even like beets and Chef Chad’s magic changed my mind. I would eat a gallon of it.
Second, the blue crab pierogi. It’s easily top 5, maybe even top 3, of the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The onion and green garlic cream is a master piece in and of itself.
