Husband chicken wasn’t even cooked the whole way through. We ate in and ordered our food and there where 2 people that came in 20 minutes after us and ordered there food after us and got there food before us. We waited for 45 minutes and finally got our food. That is ridiculous l. The waitress was very nice but the food want brought out in a timely manner

We had great service with dine in, however we ordered to go for our son, 10 wings and fries. Instead of wings and fries we got wings and more wings.

The food was good but the employees was even better. There was a cook that came out to fix his drink and even though he seemed busy he still made time to stop and answer any of our questions and was a very nice gentleman...we need more people like his great job Mr. Tony

First of all our order was wrong,,you put ranch,gross,on our chicken sandwiches which we never asked for we let you know what we wanted on them..then my grilled chicken was not beat down and cooked long enough,,it was the toughest chicken sandwiches ever I had to throw it away and food is too overpriced now to waste my money and now I'm up at 2 am hungry thanks 👍to usually have good food but your workers have ruined it for me.

Quiet bar, service took forever. We were one of like 3 tables that were even ordering food and it still took an hour to get anything. Appetizer came with the meal after that hour wait. Food was mediocre, with the only saving grace being the wang sauce on the wings. Probably the weakest wing/bar experience in Aiken. Not the worst thing in the world, just low on the competition list.

I HATE giving a bad review, especially to a local place. We have been to wing place several times over the years, but tonight (11/15) may be the last visit. We placed an order for a 5 piece wing (disgusting, the worst we’ve had), a cowboy Philly (the driest sandwich you can imagine), and a kids grilled cheese ($7 for a Kraft singles slice on bread), the online order was made at 6:02pm and once processed showed a complete time of 6:45(alarmingly long and should’ve been our red flag to not continue the order), we arrive at 6:35pm hopeful the time stamp was a glitch and it would be ready sooner ( of course it was not, which is fine) we arrive back at the restaurant at 6:50pm only to be told it’s STILL NOT READY to give them 10 more minutes. Then to come home with a bag covered in wing sauce and ranch, and to have to eat a tasteless meal for our Friday night dinner. I only write this in hopes a manager gains knowledge of our experience and so that no one else shares it as we did. We want wing place to be great, but tonight it was far from that. I hope things change in the future.
Chicken is deliciously sauced and cooked right. Chicken Nachos with Spicy Ranch are a new staple for me and I will be visiting again frequently!
EDIT 10/22/2024: I give the service a 4/5 because I've ordered online from here a number of times and the order always comes without a fork, no straw, and no napkins. Also, don't order a drink with your to-go order, as they are EXTREMELY overpriced. $2.79 for the equivalent of a McDonald's small is outrageous. The food is still consistently very good.

We stopped at WingPlace for lunch last week. I was going to get chicken wings, but when I saw they had grilled chicken quesadillas (one of my favorites) I ordered that instead along with onion rings for my side. The quesadillas were very good, with a nice amount of chicken compared to others I've had. The onion rings were just ok, softer than I prefer.
My lovely wife ordered boneless wings in BBQ sauce and a side of French fries. She thought the wings were good but with too much BBQ sauce. I tried one of hers and I liked them and the sauce. Her French fries were ok but not as hot as expected.
It's a nice place and our server was friendly.

I love this place! Every time we visit our food is phenomenal. The wang wang sauce is to die for, whether I get wings, tenders in sauce, or a salad with chicken, it is always great. The drinks are always great as well. Our food is always hot and cooked to perfection. The staff is wonderful and attentive.
