Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Waited over an hour for our food. Then got home and all meals were small skimpy portions of fries, all meals were missing atleast 1 piece of chicken, and the fries wasn't seasoned.

Ordered the Nibblers. Obviously microwaved. Buns dry and hard,chicken dried out. When I asked for a dipping sauce they wanted to charge me. Fries were hot but not crispy. Tea tasted like it was over 24 hours old. Worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. Avoid if possible.

My 1st time in Zaxbys with my sis & bro. Their food was salty. I can't keep going to eat in places that odees with salt. You better know SALT is a killer so be careful out there. Chairs and tables seriously need updating.

I was visiting SC in April , had been to the hospital with family so we decided to go to Zaxby’s University Parkway . I am on Ozempic can’t eat a lot I ask to buy 2 individual chicken strips and the cashier told me absolutely not they don’t do that ? Why ? So I sat and watched my family eat , I for sure will not visit this store again .

This place is good, but not all good! The orders can take a while, even if it’s 1 item, or 2.
However, the food is decent.

There was one young lady working out front, all by herself. On a day when there are several high school graduations going on, this is unacceptable. Management should have planned better

When you spend 11 dollars for a salad you expect a little bit more food then 5 bites of lettuce. I understand portions can’t always be the same but come on now I get more lettuce on a burger. For the price you should get alot more of a salad than what I received today. The rest of the food was great just this was a let down of food. Btw picture does not do justice.

What a rip off, four chicken fingers and a dash of sauce. Are y’all running out of nuclear sauce or something? Are yall losing money because yall are giving people “too much” sauce. I expected better from a restaurant that used to take pride in their offerings. Especially at the price yall are charging these days!

Got a coupon from the app for the Zaxby Box. Which was a good deal for two people to eat.
