Inconsistent food quality and service. The employee taking orders rushing you through the order and not polite. It comes across as they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you there either. Train workers right or stop hiring rude people.

Was SUPER busy inside at 1:30pm which is super random and the staff handled it SO WELL! There was a birthday party, the drive thru was full and there were 10+ people ordering. Everyone got their orders within a timely manner mainly because of the female manager delegating and working her absolute butt off! She was working the drive thru, the front cashier area, restocking and took my order (in store) with a wonderful temperament and attitude for what was happening! I asked if she could put sprinkles in the middle of my chocolate shake, she explained this was only an option on the birthday cake shake but she was more than happy to do it for me (amongst all this chaos!). She personally walked the shake out to me when it was ready and I saw everyone get their food in a timely manner (me as well). This manager deserves a promotion ❤️

Mostly the food is okay, but the staff could have better attitudes. They can act like they don't want to be there. Also, they can be rude or look at you like you're an idiot when an issue isn't even your fault. But it's an okay location for the food.

Y’all since the employees can’t do their job, I recommend y'all please check your food before leaving the restaurant. Got my daughter a kids meal(chicken strips) trusted that they’d do their job and got home sure enough my child’s box was filled with fries and no tenders. Shame on these people.
It was fresh, juicy and delicious! It was clean and the portions were big, definitely worth the money. The sweet lady at the register was absolutely amazing and we had nothing but lovely interactions with her. I'll most definitely be going back.

Fries were cold. I'm not sure if that was chicken. The cashier was asked twice if the slaw came in its own container, yes, guess what,? Nope! The toast was cold. Second time disappointed. There won't be a third.

Everytime I've come I've had to wait 45+ minutes for food (regardless of how many people there are). Tonight, I got my food after an hour of waiting and the fries weren't even cooked. Save yourself the struggle and frustration, go to a different Zaxby's.

Waited over an hour for our food. Then got home and all meals were small skimpy portions of fries, all meals were missing atleast 1 piece of chicken, and the fries wasn't seasoned.
