Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

All of my family enjoyed eating here & the food was fresh! My favorite is the Zaxby salad which I tend to eat most of the time. My parents had the salad for the first time a few days ago & they said it was delicious & the portion was generous!

Had the Classic with cheese and bacon added. Cole slaw is very good. Unsweetened tea is good too. Logan too our order and applied our coupon. Very efficient and patient with me.

The food was good but my problem is when you place an order for what you want you should get just that especially when your out of town and you have to wait 10 minutes for them to fix it,the 2 meals that were messed up were kickin chicken sandwich meals with nuclear sauce instead of tongue torch when we got home and opened the boxes they left all sauces off of our sandwiches, talking about being pissed when we got home and now your response is telling me to reach out to a site that isn't even working, how about send me a contact number for complaints

Out of salads at 730 pm. Got salad mix coming sometime tomorrow. Manager should have walked to Publix and got salad mix instead of just saying oh well.

The one place that treats reservists like people and they take good care of us here. Actually, this is the only Zaxbys I would eat at and no other Zaxbys....

Just today, I went to grab a cup of large water and I wasn't scrutinized for only getting water. And even for the water cup, I was treated like a human being and taken care of ♥️♥️

101° outside and not much cooler inside Zaxby's. We were stifling and it was hard to enjoy our meal. The frozen lemonade is very sharp, bitter and artificial tasting. Sorry we wasted our money.

I walked right in , and got what I ordered , with very little wait : 5 to 10 minutes ! I had a QR code , to get a buy one / get one free , because of a bad experience at another location , and they fixed me right up plus gave me another QR code for the same thing all over again ! I can't thank Zaxby's enough for redeeming themselves : way to go everyone at this location ! You get a 10 out of 10 from me !

Curbside is not curbside. Waited over 20mins at curbside waiting for my food to be brought to me. They weren't busy in the drive thru at all. Finally went inside to get my food. Told them I've been waiting over 20 mins for curbside and that curbside ain't curbside. My toast is just a piece of bread that's not even toasted.

janet here is very rude and has literally yelled at me before. i’ve also seen her yelling and mis treating workers.

Came through the drive-thru Sunday night, 5/10/25 to pick up some food to take home. The order process was good, but when it came to actually getting my food the staff was to busy talking to a friend in the drive thru line. While ordering I ordered my sauces and extra sauces. When you pay for extra sauce you expect it. I got no sauce at all. If the employees would have been paying attention rather than taking turns yelling and laughing at their friend in the drive thru I might have gotten my sauces. I know it was only 4 extra sauces plus the 2 I should have gotten, but it's the principal, if I paid extra for something I expect to get it.

This location was very dirty. The staff seemed to careless if you were there. No customer service at all. I waited at the counter 3 different times for over 10 mins each time and no one would assist us.
