Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I walked in and the guy in front of me was complaining about his to-go order getting stolen, and the manager said out loud, "Oh well, suck my tip." The manager just continuously said "Oh well" and "Womp womp" until the guy complaining shot the manager.
They had good chicken though, I might go back

The manger is horrible!!! Someone stole my food where you pick it up and they said oh well suck my tip! I was like excuse me and they said oh well again. I just cant believe it!

Didn't check order at drive thru. No sauce, no napkins, no fork. Chicken tenders aren't the same with no sauce.

Very busy on veteran's day. 7:30 p.m. Even though. The crew especially in the kitchen prep. We're very organized and knocking out orders. I was impressed.

Restaurant was full of workers working at a VERY slow pace. Was told they were out of zaxsauce and large cups but there was clearly a basket full of zax sauce and 3 bags of large cups. Had no sense of urgency & the food was cold after I wanted 35 minutes to finally receive my order. I like right behind the Zaxby’s here and I will no longer return. Taking my business to North augusta.

Food has to be expected. Line was long, and the new pay outside before you get locked in line is trash.
I like to pay at the window. Call me cheap but after waiting 45 minutes for food if I have not made it to the line yet, I like it to be a reserved option to just leave them with the cost of serving the food to someone else or trashing it...

Excellent service during lunch time; POOR SERVICE FOR DINNER HOURS. Young inexperienced staff don’t seem to care.

The Whiskey Rd location could neverrrrr compete with the one on University Pkwy. No sauce, no napkins, no cutlery and no dressing for my salad (which was skimpy). Went back and the drive thru was busy. Since they want to act like Chick-Fil-A(ha) and stand outside to take orders...when I came back to retrieve my things, the line was a bit long and you'd think common sense would kick in and just run in to get my things and apologize...nope! I had to tell them what to do. Never, ever going back to that one on Whiskey Rd. University Pkwy never misses

If I could give this a 0 star I would. I had four different orders and not a single one was right!!! On top of that I ordered online drove 30 minutes there and still had to wait another 30 minutes before they delivered our incorrect cold meals. The sweet tea tasted like it was stirred with a foot. The strawberry lemonade was nothing but unflavored shaved ice. I spent 60$ on this TRASH.

Totally disappointed. I make better looking tacos than this. Our tea were also not sweet, nor did they have any ice. There's hardly any toppings on them. It's more like a chicken strip in a tortilla. So sad. Oh, and no sauce for the cheesecake bites.

The food is delicious,Service not quite well.I order some wings and a Mr.Beast box to go,I trust them,And they only gave me the hot wings..After that I just called them to let them know my situation and they hang me up .Paid 28 dollars for nothing..Just be more carful next time,Some people make a big effort to go eat just to that place,And have that kind of service is very disappointing… I ain't getting that money back..and the worst about it that they didn’t care when I called them…
