Long wait for food, over 30min... Appeared to be a disorganized team as they had no verbal communication. Additionally, the staff had to check their order screen multiple times to figure out who was first and what needed to be made. This could have been easily communicated from front to cooks.
Water all over the drink island and there was nowhere for me to put my cup down to put my lid on without my cup getting wet.
Floors are sticky and dirty as well as the backsplash of the drink island.

The cashier was multitasking. Traveling, I pulled but I didn't check my chicken. It was either old or over cooked. The chicken was so hard I couldn't bite it. Normally, I check my order, but messed up this time. 3 piece white, 2 breast n a wing. Money wasted... I did not order a drink, but the garbage on the counter was terrible...

Wow — this was the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever experience!! We went inside to order to save time in drive thru. It became almost funny how long it took for 2 breakfast chicken fried steak sandwiches and 1 order of breakfast potatoes. While we waited — a EMT came in to pick up his mobile order and it too was not ready. He complained that was why he ordered on the app so it would be ready when he got there and would not have to wait. Do not go here if in a hurry.
Dirty, didn't stay to eat after seeing the mess. The bathroom and dining room needed to be cleaned.

Please don’t use the mobile app!!! Twice now I have used the mobile so it would speed up the amount of time I have to spend sitting and waiting on food. Arrived at Hardee’s to find that they haven’t even started on my order!! Remind you that you have to pay for the food on the app so they have your money already!!! Tell me why they are serving people that haven’t paid yet instead of fixing your order? Why offer a service that they don’t or will not use? Also sent corporate and email just to get a response back that asked did you get your food. Wow they were no help!!!

🍄 🧀 🍔 shrooms tasted awful 😖 never again... Fries were fresh and hot. Sweet tea was really warm and melted the 🧊 which diluted the tea...
