The cashier was multitasking. Traveling, I pulled but I didn't check my chicken. It was either old or over cooked. The chicken was so hard I couldn't bite it. Normally, I check my order, but messed up this time. 3 piece white, 2 breast n a wing. Money wasted... I did not order a drink, but the garbage on the counter was terrible...

Wow — this was the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever experience!! We went inside to order to save time in drive thru. It became almost funny how long it took for 2 breakfast chicken fried steak sandwiches and 1 order of breakfast potatoes. While we waited — a EMT came in to pick up his mobile order and it too was not ready. He complained that was why he ordered on the app so it would be ready when he got there and would not have to wait. Do not go here if in a hurry.

Please don’t use the mobile app!!! Twice now I have used the mobile so it would speed up the amount of time I have to spend sitting and waiting on food. Arrived at Hardee’s to find that they haven’t even started on my order!! Remind you that you have to pay for the food on the app so they have your money already!!! Tell me why they are serving people that haven’t paid yet instead of fixing your order? Why offer a service that they don’t or will not use? Also sent corporate and email just to get a response back that asked did you get your food. Wow they were no help!!!

Could not understand drive thru worker at all. Meaning language slang. Could not order a hot ham and cheese because I ordered 11 mins before lunch started. Did not tell us that in drive thru. We had to change our order when we arrived at window. ( mind you by the time we got to window we still had 2 mins till lunch, but would not let me order my sandwich) . Drive thru worker was really rude. Do NOT go to Allendale Hardees!

I’m not about to type the whole situation just know The shift manager was rude and unpleasant and I didn’t like they was he spoke to the employees it was unacceptable the way he treated them in front of customers also leaving before your staff has had a break is crazy we will not come back here
