Pulled up 20 mins before closing. After sitting about 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging me. I called the store to make sure they were still open and operating. This rude lady said yeah I guess. After informing her I was in the drive thru she said okay. 2-3 mins went by aaannnddd NOTHING. Pulled to the window and called again. She FINALLY came and took my order. The wraps I received were DISGUSTING SOGGY WET AND COLD! me and my daughter were VERY DISAPPOINTED and UPSET! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a few items right before closing - & the Gyro was pitiful, with a pinch of meat and even less lettuce... attempted calling with no answer - called the next day with no answer again... When we were able to go to the store to "try" to explain, the manger was rude and confrontational to the point of 'they do no wrong' & refused a refund or a replacement...

I recently visited Arby’s and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The staff were rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers.
To make matters worse, the food was gross and not what I ordered. It was a far cry from the quality I expected. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Check every bit of your order before you leave to make sure that 1. The items you asked for are in the bag (too many times not getting the condiments and even items ordered. And 2. That The item they gave you is actually the one you ordered, correct size instead of smaller product and that it is also the right product. Also check for quality control. I have more than once received a roast beef that was nothing but minced meat scraped from the base of the slicer.

Ordered 2 turkey bacon ranch sandwichs for 7.49 each and a small drink! Each sandwich had only 1 slice of turkey a half of a piece of bacon and no ranch at all a lot of lettuce and 1 tomato!!! And the sandwich maker had his pants down with his butt out at Arby's on hwy 28 bypass Anderson sc! I will not eat here ever again not to mention the mouse in bathroom y'all should be shut down!

I think it's been about a year since I went to an Arby's. Price for what you get and the order always being not fresh and wrong made me about write it off. It didn't help they got rid of Jr roast beef and potato cakes the things I loved. Here I go to try them again since I always liked a good roast beast sandwich and as usual it's a mess. I ordered two roast beef add swiss with a large fry. Come home and open the bag and I have one sandwich no cheese and the fry. I should have kept the receipt as they I could have at least got my money back. Damn shame since the meat was actually fresh today but lack of swiss was such a turn off. I'm done Arby's

Just went to order here since they are open till 10, no one was in front of me, I sat at the order screen for about 5 minutes with no greeting or nothing, pulled forward and there was nobody to be seen in the window. Ridiculous
