I went in to try the new Turkey Gobbler sandwich. The people were friendly it was nice and hot, and they got it out quick. The sandwich was good also if you like a whole Thanksgiving dinner on a bun.

I tried the new steak bites that Arby's is offering and was NOT impressed. The meat was charred black and was dried out. It was like eating beef jerky. The cashier was pleasant. And the store seemed very clean and presentable.

Terrible wait time with no driveway exit, everyone moved like they got paid by the minute. Wasn’t warned about wait time or staff problems. The manager was also on the phone taking a personal call. Don’t be going back and I live two minutes away.

Ate here over this past weekend and both my husband and I have been in the bathroom. They are not serving hot food. The meat was like warm and that is a health risk and they should visited by the health department.
Pulled up 20 mins before closing. After sitting about 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging me. I called the store to make sure they were still open and operating. This rude lady said yeah I guess. After informing her I was in the drive thru she said okay. 2-3 mins went by aaannnddd NOTHING. Pulled to the window and called again. She FINALLY came and took my order. The wraps I received were DISGUSTING SOGGY WET AND COLD! me and my daughter were VERY DISAPPOINTED and UPSET! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a few items right before closing - & the Gyro was pitiful, with a pinch of meat and even less lettuce... attempted calling with no answer - called the next day with no answer again... When we were able to go to the store to "try" to explain, the manger was rude and confrontational to the point of 'they do no wrong' & refused a refund or a replacement...

I recently visited Arby’s and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The staff were rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers.
To make matters worse, the food was gross and not what I ordered. It was a far cry from the quality I expected. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
