Went in tonight to get some supper mind you it was 8pm and they were dead I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes not one person acknowledged I was there. Manager was to busy standing in the cooler talking to siri and the gentleman on backline just stood there rolling his eyes at me so needless to say I got no supper tonight

We were sent to the side lane to let our food cook. I waited about 5 minutes and a younger worker came out and informed me that when frying my chicken it was dropped as it was coming out of the fryer. They said it said it’d be another 5 minutes. And gave me a free milkshake for the inconvenience, they were so sweet.

Food here is nothing special. Seems to be a different taste and not as good as the other Arby's that I have been to.
We hve been here quite a few times and it's generally good. Last night, after a ridiculous struggle navigating their website, I pickled up my order and headed home. I present to you my 5 piece tenders order, priced at $7.19. No option for sauce, you get BBQ. Now if there were only some edible chicken to dip in it. By contrast, my husband's half pound sandwich was well-endowed. Guess it's too much trouble to send out decent tenders.

Online eat in. Staff seemed not up to previous visits. Tried new smokehouse brisket sandwich. Not impressed. Overpriced for sandwich size and expectation. Will definitely be back but will stick to normal menu choices. Hoping this bisit was a one off.
