If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar meal with a apple pie milkshake through drive through first the young guy at the drive through was very rude he forgot my milkshake so I asked for it and he said I gave it to you I said no you didn't and saw him get it off the counter to give to me I said thank you he said nothing rude customer service for sure and to make matters worse I got home and there was no way that was a half pound of meat it was a regular beef and cheddar and I paid almost $15 for it I should get my money bsck or get coupons or something and if I were arbys I would put someone at the window who doesn't have poor customer service and the date I got this was yesterday 11/18/2025 around 5:00 in the evening.

Steak bites are the worst fake meat doesnt look like taste like or feel like real meat cant believe they think we would eat that and im absolutely surprised as i love their food. But not this hope this isnt whats gonna be the norm ill stay home got me roast beef instead

Shaneice is one of the nicest people that I've ever encountered in any drive-thru window at any restaurant! She is very respectful and truly sounds like she enjoys her job - unlike most people at drive-thru windows! She needs a raise! 👏👏

Arby's in Clemson is always my go to Arby's even though I live closer to others Clemson Arby's is the best and worth the little extra drive. Their food is always good and the restaurant is always very clean and they have the Best Customer Service of any Arby's I have ever been to. The reason I always choose Clemson Arby's over any other Arby's around my area is the Awesome Customer Service The Good Food And The Clean Restaurant.
