Shaneice is one of the nicest people that I've ever encountered in any drive-thru window at any restaurant! She is very respectful and truly sounds like she enjoys her job - unlike most people at drive-thru windows! She needs a raise! 👏👏

Arby's in Clemson is always my go to Arby's even though I live closer to others Clemson Arby's is the best and worth the little extra drive. Their food is always good and the restaurant is always very clean and they have the Best Customer Service of any Arby's I have ever been to. The reason I always choose Clemson Arby's over any other Arby's around my area is the Awesome Customer Service The Good Food And The Clean Restaurant.

They ALWAYS mess something up. I’ve had my beef and cheddar sandwich missing for the THIRD time now. We’ve only been going here for half a year. This happens often enough now for me to write a review. We’ve also had fries, sliders, etc missing in this same time frame. I’m so sick of this location screwing up! It’s not cheap! My husband is back on the way to reorder another sandwich for me, a 18 minute drive, which I’m sure we’ll have to pay for AGAIN. Ridiculous.
I loved the great customer service. young lady was so nice brought us our food with a smile .this is now my go-to Arby's.

I was the only customer for the entire 15-20 minutes wait for the order and they forgot about it!!!!I sent a reply regarding this terrible service. Hope you got it but the link you gave me didnt work so I copied and pasted and filled it out but it never had a button where it said complete.
