Worst Arby’s ever!!!!! No cars in the drive thru and still waited forever. I ordered crinkle fries and got curly. Ask for ketchup and did not get any. The manger handed my drinks out the window one med and one large when I ordered two large. I ask her about it and with a smart attitude she told me I did not order two large. The way she acted I did not dare to ask for ketchup nor did I dare to ask for the right fries. Two thumbs down!!!! Stay away from this Arby’s

I usually have a good experience here, but tonight at 9pm on the nose I was told ‘our shake machine is acting funny’ when trying to order 3 shakes. Apparently, they have caught the McDonald’s virus.

absolute trash experience. not only did they not listen to anything i asked for every single item was the wrong size and i had to go back in after already being told to pull up for 10 minuets to get more food that they forgot to give me. IDIOTS

Kai and Elijah provided an EXCELLENT experience. I haven’t been to an Arby’s in over 20 years. The French dip and crinkle fries were soooo good! Also, the restaurant is super clean and well taken care of. Can’t wait to return.

Even with the high volume due to hurricane Helene taking out a ton of power and leaving a lot of places out of service, Nate the GM was wonderful and very kind. He kept the restaurant running smoothly and had a smile with the kindest manner the whole time. He even came out to the tables to make sure everyone was taken care of and enjoying their food (which was delicious). Absolutely will be back 🙌🙌

This is the 3rd time over a couple months 1, or all the sides meaning fries and today the potato cake have been left out of my bag . I should know better by now. Use to love this Arby's. Rite on the way home after a long day at work. But this is B's that should have to dump my bag in my seat and do a inventory for the items I paid for.

Jill an I had a fun day today! We had car maintenance., then sams, target, arbys, it was great, food wonderful, the best deals, we will be back often. Clean, nice, the guy up front was great. Price was grand.

The young man that served me and my wife was very pleasant and wanted to make sure we had everything needed for our meal. It really felt like a Chick-fil-A atmosphere where you're greated as soon as you walk in the door. I have managed many billion dollar restaurants and I know a great employee that's really worth training into a management program. You have something embrace it!

We dropped it for lunch...decided to try the new wraps..wife had beef and cheddar sandwich...it was as expected and remembered...the wraps were a disappointment...the chicken was half gristle and poorly prepared..

Had a horrible experience back on Feb 25th. Was contacted by the GM. Was told I could have a free meal and I explained I live over 3 hours from there and was just passing through town. The GM asked for my address to mail me a gift card. I never received it or a response to further emails. It's now April 4th. Shows they really don't care about customer service. Not eating at Arby's moving forward.
