As usual, the food was good. The order got crossed up a little bit, but it was good. Two very clean restrooms, but both were His and Hers. Why ? Just means you lock the door every time and hope that you picked the right one to begin with. Ha !
Wheelchair accessibility: Both restrooms were accessible and they had a sidewalk ramp. Wide doors.
I usually get their food in a pinch and I am pretty happy with Arby's

Worst customer service at this place. Hot my order wrong twice and when I went inside to try and get it corrected, I got yelled st by a very rude black woman. Food didn't taste good, made me sick. Won't be back.

Had a horrible experience here today. When I tried to order the “Double Meal Deal,” they told me that the deal had ended, and when I pointed out that the sign outside still advertised the deal, another person attending the fry station yelled out “yeah, that’s ended.” And the cashier said “that would be $11 now.” I asked to speak to the manager, and she replied “I AM the manager.” But when I said that my response to their rude and unprofessional behavior and tone would be to write a Google review, the manager suddenly said “You didn’t let me finish. You wouldn’t stop talking and you didn’t let me finish. I was going to say we’ll honor the sign…” I chose to leave so I wouldn’t continue holding up the customers behind me. Needless to say, I will never return to this store again.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large curly fry, a RB double meal and a 8 PC jalapeño bites. When I got home I didn't have my curly fries so I called and the lady I talked to said she remembered taking my order and she would write my name down and I could come the next day and get the fries. When I went back I told the girl at the counter what had happened the night before and told her my name. She said if the wrote your name down it would be right here and I don't see it. She gave me the fries but made me feel like I was just trying to get free fries, like I was trying to steal them. That made me feel very uncomfortable.

After the storm hit the Upstate i did an online order and the line was very long to get food. But they had my order ready and we're very amazing when the workers are doing so much to help us.
I was really hungry because Hurricane Helene took out all the food in my fridge. I saw Arby's up near I85 was open for business and headed there. Only drive thru was open but that was ok. Very friendly service and sympathetic and kind.

Arby's has always been my favorite fast food place but this location is by far the best with customer service. They've handled hurricane Helene wonderfully being so busy and still working so quickly and being friendly. I didn't pay attention to a name tag but one woman there is super friendly and very much appreciated!
