Oct 31,2025 My husband and I just left Besto for dinner. I can say, I will never go back! We got hotdogs and the grease was so thick that it went through the bun and made a mess to the point of not being able to eat it. They only filled the drinks up about 1/2 way each time we ask for a refill. The floors were nasty !! and you could smell the bathroom so bad. This place has gone to pits and I will never go back!! Food was good except for the $35 that it cost for 2 plates with fff & 2 drinks. It wasn't that good. There is no menu at the drive thru. Ok so it sucked. It used to be different 10 years ago.

Visiting from FL & my team said I had to enjoy the delicious food here. Tasha & team are kind & friendly. Put a smile on my face the minute I walked in. Best sausage gravy I’ve ever had. Cinnamon buns were a surprise delight!

Honestly the food is always amazing. The customer service though is hit or miss so that’s why only 4 stars. Went in there the other day and they didn’t say a word to me even when I was ordering as the cashier was also talking to the people behind her. When she was ready for my card she seemed annoyed that it took longer for her considering she didn’t tell me she was ready for it.

Customer service is OFF THE CHAIN!!! If y'all have had the HONOR to have Dominique take your order... if I spelled that wrong I'm sorry... she is AMAZING!! We heard great things about Bestos but this was our 1st time going. Without tasting the food I would go again because of her customer service!!! But the food was OMG!!! Homemade.... you can taste it! Their seasoned fries and Homemade Ranch are another level! Thanks to Dominique for hooking us up! Hubby and are already planning our next meal there!!!

Cheeseburger plate is fantastic but be warned, this place is hopping around lunch time so be prepared to have some patience waiting on your order but will be worth the wait.

Got a banana boat but not in a boat.. it was in a styrofoam take home container. Kinda puzzled when I was handed it but said whatever. The split was good and had the right ingredients. The vanilla was not your typical vanilla, I’m pretty sure it was French vanilla but I could be wrong. All in all it was great
