This is without a doubt the best Bojangles I've ever eaten at, and I've eaten at a lot. I've eaten at it numerous times and it's always the same. No matter who is working they are all so friendly and attentive. It blows my mind how good this Bojangles is when there is another one not very far away that is horrible. I hope the management sees this and congratulates the team running this Bojangles.

The employees were in the back yelling at each other, the lady taking our order left mid-order to join in and never returned!! We left (also never to return). Never experienced anything so unprofessional and absolutely ludicrous.

What a complete fiasco! This place is a clown show. I ordered 2 steak biscuits with chz and fries. They didn’t drop fries to cook until 10 minutes later. We waited nearly 20 minutes for our food and when we went in there was nobody there. They moved like sloths…no sense of urgency. I asked for ketchup and the lady handed me a lump of ketchup with something sticky, like syrup. She saw it and gave it to me anyway. Then my wife wanted to get an order to go for our daughter and son in law. She ordered when we were still eating. 15 minutes after we were done eating, it still wasn’t ready. Complete incompetency!
