Waited 25 mins for 6 piece bo bites. Pulling forward in the drive through gives the staff way too much to handle and everyone has to wait! Second time here and both times we horrible. Should have saved the calories for something else.

I went to Bojangles by QT in Anderson this morning. I was greeting by the most thoughtful and courteous host at the drive through window. Her smile was contagious. She complimented my hair and was just so friendly overall. My meal was hot, fresh and very delicious and she even hand delivered it to my car. This lady needs to be rewarded for her top-notch customer service and professionalism. She went above and beyond. This Bojangles experience made my day! I did not catch her name but I want to tell her that she's doing a great job!

Worst wait times ever in my life 40 minutes after in ordered had to go inside to demand money back finally got food multiple times finally learned my lesson and not coming back until staff changes
