I ordered a pork chop biscuit and didn’t receive it. I’ve made various attempts to contact Bojangles and haven’t received anything back from them. Just say you made a mistake and give me my biscuit please. I paid $3.04 for a butter biscuit. Come on man- we live in an inflated world where we pay too much for things we know we’re paying for, don’t screw me out of my biscuit I was looking forward to! 🥲

Order a family pack in app. Got to store and app said food was ready. It was not now sitting in parking lot waiting on them to cook my order. Really need to get this issue fixed.
